This place sucks! They don’t even deserve 1 star that I have to leave behind. They Failed to let me know that they broke my window trim piece while changing out door speakers. Then to top it off 1 of the Spanish Tecs decides to play his Ethnicity of music damaging 1 of my Subwoofer’s. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the time, $, and headache and shop somewhere else.

I brought my BMW in for a radio installation and backup camera, and what I got in return was nothing short of a disaster. The service was completely unprofessional — the installer actually asked me to show them how to install the radio in my own car. The job they did was sloppy and careless. My previously flawless dashboard was returned to me scratched and scuffed. The center console knob that once worked perfectly now doesn’t function as it should. The backup camera they claimed to install doesn’t even work. To top it off, instead of integrating the USB plugs into the glovebox where they belong, they left them sticking awkwardly out of the side of the floorboard like an afterthought. This was supposed to be a professional installation, but the results look like a rushed DIY project gone wrong. I’m beyond disappointed and now stuck having to pay someone else to fix their mess. If you care about your vehicle, avoid this shop at all costs. You can literally see the aftermath of the dash scratches and remains of the coating they scratched off. Also they left out screws as you can see in the pictures and tried to put screws in where they aren’t even supposed to go. The owner (i presume) then extorted me saying i can pay 200$ more for them to do the job correctly or pay the full price to get my keys back and to get off his property after damaging my vehicle and not completing the job properly. Update: now looking deeper into it they used a box cutter to slice my trunk liner instead of properly removing it and didn’t even run the wire to the camera through the right areas… pictures provided

Example they installed a cover on my 2024 Toyota Tacoma truck that was defective & fought with the cover manufacturer for replacing the cover when they didn't want to. I purchased LED headlights and fog lights for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler back in Sept 2023 and had a great experience with the team at Performance Pit Shop. I returned today with my 2014 Honda Accord and had an even better experience. I purchased 2 LED headlight bulbs and was struggling with installing them in the parking lot before I left. I went back inside to share this and the GM Victor personally came out to my car and assisted me in getting them installed. Amazing Service!!! I am updating the review: I had underglow lights installed by an independent installer, who charged me less then half of what this location was going to charge which was $350. When the installer was doing the installation he saw all the wiring from the rock lights just hanging down, and not tied up at all. The installer tied them all up while he was doing his installation. He went over and above, because he did it on his own, and told me afterwards. I regret leaving Tito such a large tip, because Tito did not do what was expected of a professional. I will never do any work here again. As an added note: a big fat guy who sits in the office all day gave me an attitude when I went early in the morning to install the underglow lights. I was asked to move my Challenger to the bay, so they can begin installation, which I did. An hour later it was still outside the bay, and not being worked on. I asked why, and the fat guy said with an attitude "we did tell you that you can be hear until closing, and we have other work". All I did was ask a question, so I decided to take my car, tell the owner what happened, and left. I'm leaving the origional comment so you can see what I believed at first, then come to find it was not what was expected. Rock lights added to the wheel well of my Dodge Challenger, and they look awesome! Tito did the work, and was professional. Johnathan who set the appointment is the guy to go to. The photos don't do it justice. I wish I could post a video so you can see how amazing the look.

Got my tint done here on 11/19/25. I called another spot but went straight to vm and no call back. They did a great job on my cargo van. I got the 3M ceramic 15% tint. I spoke with Jonathan on the phone. I came in as a walk in since I’m not from FL. It took abt 1.5 hrs for everything to be done. I would definitely come back here again next time.
