Love them! Wouldn't go anywhere else. It's never ideal to take your kids with you to the mechanic but it's nice to know they are welcomed here and it's a family friendly environment! Extremely pleased with work done by Paul and crew. Have had many issues, on several vehicles solved by Motor Coach of Brandon that others, (to include local shops and dealers) for whatever reasons have been unable to solve. Paul does not just throw things against the wall so to speak, hoping for a fix. He has always been able to dig deep, diagnose the real issue, ascertain the problem and repair accordingly. Attitude in shop is refreshing, and he has a great trait of listening to his customers. Pricing is more than fair also. Wanted to like this small vet owned business, but i don't like people playing with my time and money. Brought my car in for 2 issues, 1 of which was never addressed, but i sure got charged the diagnostic fee. Walked away being told my AC was working fine only to get into a car blowing hot air. Didn't want to lose my car for another 4 days bringing it back, which would of been 6 if i didn't call to check in before they closed shop for the weekend, even though i took the car in aware of what the issue was & relayed that information to the mechanic. Low and behold a $25 kit from autozone tells me my pressures low & now its all fixed, after being told it was fine.

Every mechanic at the shop is courteous and informative when it comes to diagnosing what needs fixin’ and communicating prices for services (which are always reasonable). You won’t regret heading over to Motor Coach of Brandon.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I chose this shop because of their great reviews, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. TL;DR: Scheduled my appointment days in advance and was told my car would be inspected Thursday. They didn’t even look at it until Friday after lunch. I mentioned I would come by to pick up the car after paying the diagnostics fee, since no work has been started. I clearly explained that I crucially needed my vehicle for the weekend. Paul said he’d call me when the car was ready for pickup. No call. Multiple calls/texts from me were ignored. I showed up before their posted closing time, shop already closed with no notice. Because of this, I had to pay for Ubers and rent a car. They later admitted they forgot to call because their heads were foggy and it was “time for a couple of beers.” Direct quote from Tyler. Despite acknowledging the mistake, they still demanded the full diagnostic fee unless I continued doing business with them. Avoid this shop as they prioritize beers over customers. ------------------------------------------------- On Monday, I booked an appointment for Thursday and was told by Paul that my car would be inspected the same day I bring it in. I did not get a call on Thursday. When I personally followed up the next morning Friday at 11 AM, I was told the car hadn’t even been looked at. Later, Paul finally called after lunch (1pm), only to say the vehicle wouldn’t be ready until Monday. I made it very clear that I needed my car back this same day (Friday) and I would come back Monday next week to drop it off. Paul said he would call me when it was ready for pickup. 3 PM - No call. Multiple calls from me - no answer. Text - ignored. By 4 PM, I paid for an Uber and arrived before closing. The shop was CLOSED. Online and on their site it says they close at 5 PM. Because of their lack of communication and negligence, I had to rent a car for the weekend and spend extra money on Ubers. On Saturday, Tyler called and repeatedly apologized, explaining that Paul “forgot to call” and that they closed early because - direct quote - “it was time for some beers.” So I was left without my car… because of beers. Unbelievable. He also said I can come by and pick up the car after paying during their limited hours. When I spoke with Tyler in person, he repeatedly said everything was “out of his control.” And in order for me to receive my car back, I HAD to pay for the diagnostic fee. Paul was put on the phone, and instead of sounding apologetic, he sounded irritated that I even questioned the situation. His only offer was that he would waive the diagnostic fee IF I returned Monday and continued doing business with them. Why would I trust a shop that: • Doesn’t honor appointments • Fails to communicate • Closes early without notice • Prioritizes drinks over customers It’s clear they recognize their mistake. They admitted they forgot to call, explaining that they were tired and closed early for beers without calling me. However, despite acknowledging this, they were unwilling to work with me on any adjustment or resolution regarding the diagnostic fee. If you value your time, money, and basic communication, go somewhere else.

Paul has got to be the best mechanic I've ever gone to, he's super honest and knowledgeable and explains and walks you through everything he is doing. He fixed a problem that I've been having with my engine for ages and that every other place has been nickel and dimeing me for that dont fix it anyways. I know where Im going to be taking my car to for now on
