I don't let anyone else work on my suspension, exahaust and brakes. they have saved me so much money because the can fix things have a long term staff they know me as the guy from florida they keep my lexus rx300 in good shape even checked my brakes for free

Went to get an alignment done on my 2013 Kia Sportage, only to find out that I needed to have a control arm changed on the passenger side. They had me in and out pretty quick, and although I didn't have the control arm or the alignment done on my vehicle, they were exceptionally nice to me and told me that while they could do the alignment, it would be a waste of time and money and that it wouldn't hold until I got the control arm fixed. They did not charge me for checking my car out, and told me to get the control arm fixed, and they would do both the front and rear alignment on my car for the price they originally quoted me. I would/will definitely go back, and they treated me very well, and did not try to rip me off but instead told me what I needed to do to get the car fixed properly. Overall, these guys were great, and honest... Not something that you find everyday anymore.

Always honest and fast. More than once they have refused to take payment for small inspections,. Always cheaper than competitors, and repairs are done right the first time. Only complaint is that they do not work on engines! Every shop has been helpful, also (Laskey, Sylvania, and Upton). Never had work done by more professional mechanics anywhere.

Honest business. I took my van because it had 75,000 miles on it. The brakes were never serviced. They could have told me I needed to have the work done. I wouldn't have known. I was told I didn't need service. My brakes were fine. I should come back in 15,000 miles or so.

I have had my car there several times for brake work Muffler work welding. And I've taken several of my friends they're also. Mainly because the prices are great and they do excellent work. I would say they're one of the best shops around. I've never had any problems going there. Whereas I'm afraid to go to some other auto repair shops. You don't really know what you're getting into. But it Auto Connection they'll tell you exactly what they're going to do they talk to you about it and I haven't had any surprises.
