Went to get a blower motor in my car looked at , they were saying they had to order the part and that I could pick up the car to bring it the next day but when I pulled up to get my car since they could not work on it due to waiting on the part ,they were inside of the garage shut with my car , after leaving the shop my battery has been draining over night , plus the next day I went to drop off my car to get the blower motor done and the guy wasn’t there nor was answering the phone .. bad customer service 0/10

I had some issues with my car and went there as it was the nearest. Ali helped me immediately when I went there, he came to our apartment to check the car as i couldnt drive it. He fixed it really well and suggested me on what to do in future to care for my car. I highly recommend this shop as people are really friendly and give immediate help.

My brakes needed replacing badly. They got me right in and fixed up less then 2hrs. Price was about $175 cheaper then other places I got quotes from .everyone else just wanted me to drop the van off and they would get to it soon as they could but might not be done till next day. Happened to pull over into their parking lot when my car started making noise. Got sooo lucky- they immediately jumped up to help me out. Didn’t even have an appointment but they went out of their way to help me. Quickly knew my idler pulley was the culprit, picked up a new one for me, and replaced it within 90 min - all while kindly explaining to me what was happening. Gave me a great discount too for being a student and was so accommodating letting me join my class online in their office! Great people, thank you so much again!!!

This is by far the best auto shop I have experienced visiting. Ali and John know what excellent customer service should be and still managed to exceed that. They installed a starter I provided at a great price, the starter was bad but they got me right back in and got bad part off, tested and replaced then back on the road same day.

I have to say this is the best place for me to go from now on!!! Kind, communication was there everyday I called to check on my car. Everything i needed fixed was done and test drove it before I paid for it. The price was perfect they really saved me from loosing out going somewhere else. I would recommend this place for anyone.
