Was passing thru Toledo on a 3k mile drive and had a rattle in my car and needed to get back on the road to continue my journey - they got me in first thing in the morning - got my issue fixed right away and had me back on the road by 9:30 so I could do the next 1200 miles of my trip. I brought my car in because my ABS light was turned on. It took them a total of 1000 dollars and a month to tell me The new cat noises are something to do with my steering column I do think my brakes are finally fixed after the third shop was able to do them correctly I keep on saying that my ABS light is still on and they act like it's my fault. now the check Engine light is now on and it wasn't previously before and my car wouldn't start when they gave it back to me and said I need a new battery I should just tow it even though they gave me $6,000 more of proposed things that they'd like to fix but I can't trust that they would not have my car for years

The best place in Toledo for tire service. We were in a dire spot being in town for a Rocket game and had a flat on the way to the game in our rental. We called them to make sure they would be open after we put the spare on and they said that they would wait on us. They got us in and replaced the tire within an hour so we could make it to the game by the first quarter. Great job and excellent customer service.

I purchased NEW tires from Monroe Tire Shop in Toledo - The first tire shop I went to that was also Monroe they had two tecs and the store manager - NOBODY in the entire store could drive a stick so they were not able to service the vehicle and they refused to let me pull the vehicle into their shop. This is a tire shop and nobody can drive a manual. That is ridiculous. I was driving to Colorado and they knew it was really important that these tires worked and that they were properly installed and they were NOT - the tires leaked terribly. I had to stop to put air in them every half a tank of gas - it was an absolute nightmare. Really not a good experience after leaving the store while I was there everybody was kind and nice and helpful - but to have tires that are BRAND NEW that you pay $600 (4 tires) for and then have two of them consistently leaking throughout a journey is completely unacceptable.

I ordered scheduled an oil change and tire rotation online. I got in quickly. My oil change was done and the price was good. I was there for an hour and 45 minutes. When I left I looked at my paperwork and there was no mention of a tire rotation. I felt let down. Ripped off.

I usually don't step out of my comfort zone when it comes to my car. But I needed tires. I pass the shop every day on my way to work. I saw they were having a sale on my brand of tire. So, I took a chance. I am really glad I did. Julius and his team were awesome. They were able to get my car done that day and even gave me a ride to work. Now that is customer service. I defiantly use their services again.
