I had tires replaced and was informed that lower control arm needed replacing for balancing so had tires done and did not do the lower control arm but now the two tire are no good in the front so was going to have them do the control arm and balance the tires so they gave me a price on the phone and was going to go ahead with work but then get a invoice from them saying the work was going to be around 400 more then price they told me and also the warranty for the new tires that I have to replace around 2 months later and called local shops that were all around the same price and lower had took the vehicle there no was no such problem so even taking the vehicle to a third place not saying anything to them of the incident and making sure myself it dose however have a power steering issue that I don’t have to have fixed and dose need a alignment that should of been able to take place from the beginning also they did find the vehicle was a little low on oil when it came the first time and I also did check it before taking it there and was still in the ok range but was a little on the low side but when getting it back was way over filled and had to drain oil out please be careful working with them

I dropped my truck off for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair... The found the main issue which really was not a huge issue and even told me about a few things to keep an eye on . So since my repair was not going to be expensive I went a head with the few suggestions instead and still walked away with half the money I thought I was going to have to pay. They had my truck in and out within a few hours. Hands down great service. They tell you honestly the best routes to go.

My high mounted brake light went out and I went to Midas on Alexis and they popped it right in with no problem in literally 2 minutes. I previously went to O'Reilly's on Alexis and they acted like it was something they couldn't do. O'Reilly's definitely lost a customer and Midas gained one!! I will be going to Midas from here on out! Definitely cool people working there!!

Our Subaru Forester had leaked almost all it's oil. Tyler' crew checked it and found that the oil.plug was practically out, even though his Midas was not responsible( the last oil chang was done at a drive-through)he tightened the plug and filled the oil at no charge, THANKYOU TYLER &your Tech!!!😀😀

Will not be returning sadly. I have been coming to this Midas location for quite sometime and have had no issues till now. I went in for a wheel alignment and a new tire. Brought my car in at 8am and waited the whole day for them to not even call when my car was finished. Called in around 4 to hear them say their wheel alignment machine was not working and that the job could not be performed. Wish I would have been called at noon when the tire was finished so I could have gotten an alignment elsewhere. I was not free for several more days causing the brand new tire to be worn from the car being unaligned. The only reason I got a new tire was because I needed an alignment. The tire on the car still had 2/32 which would be plenty of tread to go another month or so but I figured I’d get a new one while I was there for an alignment. I should have told them to put the old one back on and not give this location another cent. The manager Tyler gave me my coupon back with $64.50 written on the coupon for me to assume that would be the even further discounted price when I returned for the waist of time and my inconvenience. Came back a couple days later to be told they would not honor the coupon as Tyler was not there and that my car had lane assist and that the car cannot be aligned by the machine. My vehicle does not have lane assist as shown in the picture. If my car was not able to be aligned in the first place shouldn’t I have been told this when I got the quote when doing my oil change and not coming back 2 more times to not even have this taken care of. Be cautious before bringing your vehicle to the incompetent people of this location. If they don’t even know what cars have lane assist. How can you trust in their knowledge of your vehicle and the quality of the job they will perform.

First visit here for my 2022 Jeep Compass. The gentleman at the front counter was very professional, easy to talk with and friendly. Tire rotation and full synthetic oil change for $71.84. It was a relief they could rotate the tires (after the dealer told me I needed to replace all lug nuts before they could rotate because they couldn't get the tire off basically without destroying these lovely unnecessary caps. This was at a price of $18 per lug nut which I declined. So happy, these guys weren't afraid to try and care enough about their customers to help them avoid unnecessary costs. He did explain that some are problematic and do need replaced but mine were not! That's called personalized customer service! Thank you! I will be back and tell others about my good experience since unfortunately nowadays that doesn't happen as much.

Brought my Subaru in this afternoon with an oil leak. Come to find out that the oil plug was halfway out after having the oil changed at a quick service station in December. I love this place. I've been coming here for years and the guys know me by name. They're super easy to get ahold of, easy to talk to, and I always feel taken care of. I've never been upcharged or made to feel like I needed to spend more money than I should. They're great about explaining exactly what's wrong with the car in terms I can understand and I always know that I'm getting great service. They go above and beyond always. You can usually get coupons in the mail so taking it here for an oil change is always super cheap and I'm generally in and out in less than an hour.
