Bob was very helpful regarding why my 2022 Honda HR-V could not be repaired. It turns out I should have looked under the hood before my purchase decision. Apparently, the vehicle's computer was located under the hood on the driver's side. No driving once a crash has taken place. Accidents happen and I am still on this side this time.

An idiot hit me in a parking lot. Took my car to Northland Collision to be fixed. They did an AWESOME job and AWESOME service. When I dropped it off couldn't find a ride home but Bob drove me home. When I picked up my car not only was it ready when he said it would be but it was also washed and cleaned inside and out. AWESOME...THANK YOU BOB AND YOUR TEAM!

Bob was so kind!! He helped get my car to Northland after my accident, and get the paperwork I needed for the insurance company! The insurance company thought the damage to my car was a lot minor than what it actually was. So big thanks to body shop guy Ryan for spotting those discrepancies and making my car perfect!! I had my car towed here after an accident in monroe, mi. My insurance later claimed they couldn't get my car towed back from the location (insurance issues). So glad I found Bob at Northland Collision. From the first call, he was super easy to deal with on my recent State Farm claim. He gave a full estimate on the spot and processed it all via insurance. Oh… and my car came out looking brand new for the rear door and quarter panel he replaced. Paint was super, and I also had special door trim, pin stripes and tail light put back perfectly. Go here! You won’t regret the service. He even picked me up to/from Enterprise rental nearby. Very happy!!

I am so impressed with the quality from this business. My car was in an accident which required paint job part replacements a little bit of everything on a 2015 Ford focus when I got my car back it felt like the first day I bought it, they detail the inside they washed the car for me it looked and felt brand new. It looked amazing!!!!! but most importantly it drove beautifully. Thank you so much for your services. I would recommend you to anyone.

I recently had my car repaired at this shop, and while it took over a month due to the complexity of my new vehicle, I understand that this is often the nature of modern car repairs. Unfortunately, my car had to be sent to the dealer, adding to the timeline. It’s frustrating, especially since I wasn’t at fault in the accident, but I appreciate the effort and communication from the staff. They were great, kept me updated throughout the process, and were always professional. I know many would be upset about the wait, but with newer cars, these things can take time. I would definitely recommend this shop for their dedication and customer service.

Took about one week for the body work and paint which was expected and only paid my deductible through State Farm and incurred no hidden charges. Northland did an amazing job identifying the problem with my car and coordinating both with the dealership I purchased from and with my insurance. Both Floyd and Bob were very communicative and calming to deal with and got my repairs finished almost a week before I was quoted and at a much more reasonable price than quoted at a 3rd party dealership. Northland Collision did a great job on repairs from a car accident. They stayed in contact through text and phone while they had my vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with the services at Northland. Horrible business! Took estimates said he waa goning to call my insurance company never did! I got my painted and fixed to the next shop on the 1st i walked in! You missed out on $6000.00! I wouldnt let this business put air in my tires! I DONT RECOMMEND!

Came in with a smashed front end on my Dodge Charger and they made it look BRAND NEW. Not only did they do a great job on the outside, they detailed my inside and went above and beyond.
