Above and beyond is an understatement. Stuck on a Sunday around closing time and we r from out of state. This man gave us HIS spare tire from his personal vehicle to get us to the shop! Let me start out by saying TJ ( owner), Snoop and Aaron are amazing mechanics! I pulled in on a holiday weekend just to check their hours of business on their sign; only to find Snoop outside greeting me " how can I help you ma'am ". I told him I needed brake work done . He stated " We can do that for you". I quickly went and grabbed the brake pads and returned, only to find out I grabbed the wrong pads in haste.🥴 No worries they said. Owner quickly drove me back to Auto supply store as well as helped me pick the proper pads! 🙏🏾 I've never seen such great customer service in all my years of driving. Thank you guys so much for making this potentially horrific situation an absolute pleasure! I'll definitely be back for all my auto service needs!
