Went to this shop and I could not belive what I seen !!! This hamid guy the owner tried to pressure me into buying a tune up and when I looked at the price I was in shock. 2016 Chevy Cruze he wanted 969.94 for 4 spark plugs. I just laughed at him. Then he stated what’s so funny I said how you gonna try and charge me 4 hours labor for a 30 min job and 100 each spark plug. Really dude ? Like what ? He gets people in the door for the free inspections and then slams them on price. And when I refused he got hostile and very rude and yelled at me to get out of my store. Only people who spend money come in my shop. Like what ???? Then his sloppy techs got grease all over my steering wheel and seats. And he said I will not pay to fix that since you did not give me your money. Definitely calling the bbb.

The point of over charging a customer 2,088 dollars for a tune up and brake job (2016 Kia Soul) is crazy. Getting fired for not stealing people's money is even more crazy. Honest shop work is the best shop work, I'm an honest technician not a thief.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind staff. Mike was mainly who I talked to, he listened to my concerns and took them seriously. Had another auto shop tell me that I needed a brand new transmission, brought my car here and they did a complete safety check free of charge. Test drove my car and explained that my transmission was completely fine. Saved me thousands! Will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!
