I'm honestly questioning if they really do the multi point inspection. Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Multi point inspection comes back as good, no problems. Issue with that is my passenger tail light is out, and has been for several weeks. So if they aren't actually doing the inspection, how can I trust they are doing the other stuff.

Terrible place to purchase a car from ! I bought my car YEARS back & it kept jumping . I took it to Grogans on Telegraph 3 times for service . I said the car keeps jumping and feels like it’s slipping gears . Blasted them on fb the owner contacts me and tells me to bring it in again (this was about 2 years ago) & that he will fix it and make it right this time . Brought my car back in & they “fixed” it so they said but wouldn’t give me my keys until I paid them another couple hundred bucks ! REMIND YOU ALL OF THIS SHOULD Have BEEN COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ! ! ! I had 5 years or 100k miles which ever came first and neither of those happened , still hasn’t happened , I’m only resting at 83k miles . Anyways. Come to find out the ENTIRE TIME & the issues I suggested to them IS A TRANNY SLIP ! I am not a mechanic so I didn’t know , until a mechanic was riding in the car with me and told me I have a tranny slip & I said “oh it’s been like that since I bought the damn thing & took it to Grogans 3 times for them to fix it and clearly they never fixed it “ I stopped bringing my vehicle to them because why would I keep being car-less for WEEKS at a time for them to literally NOT even fix my car and charge me a few hundred dollars every single time when they clearly didn’t fix the issue . So yes I need a new transmission due to irreversible damage to my transmission bearings and gears ! :) thanks Grogans for nothing 🤪 If anyone would like to join in & file a class action lawsuit against them let me know ! I’ve sued a company before and have a top rated lawyer out of texas & I WILL do it again ! 😀

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! My daughter just took her Dodge Durango to get it fixed they first of all charged an arm and a leg for just a diagnosis I think 300 at least, After having it for days on end and fixed it saying that it costed $6100 to come get it, she drove it away and barely made it home and now things that were never wrong with it before are are happening now, the heat doesn’t work. It’s overheating and it’s making a weird sound under the hood absolutely joke of a place. we called them back and they said to bring it back in like we didn’t just have to have it towed there the last time we took it

UPDATE: I contacted the dealership as instructed. They addressed the issuses that I had mentioned. I will still take the van to my mechanic, I will feel much better then. I have to say the salesmen Eric was again very helpful! ORIGINAL POST: I bought a 2017 Grand Caravan a few mos. back I would like to see the inspection check sheet that was filled out when this van was inspected. So far I have driven less than 2000 miles. I have had a front wheel bearing hub changed ( that was in the first week). Now I had to replace both front rotors due to corrosion. The brakes were pulsating so I had then checked out. The pads were almost wore down to the metal plate on the pad. I have to have the rear done soon, they are in the same shape.I have budget that job in. I asked before I bought the van that they fixed a chip in the windshield. that has some temp fix in it because what ever was used fell out , pretty obvious it wasn't a professional fix. The cabin filter was never changed, it was nasty... I can only assume it was the original filter. regardless ...it should have been changed. I will be taking this in for a more in depth inspection soon. ... after the ball joints are replaced. I will NEVER recommend this place and if I were to be about it ...I would tell you to go elsewhere. The sales staff was cool enough, There are not the service shop and are not the ones signing off on the inspections. So far the brakes were the worst and were at the point of failure...Why would anybody say the vehicle was certified when it put out for sale in this shape??? I hope you will consider the safety of your customers

I've typically had terrible experiences at auto dealerships, my experience at Grogans with John byrne was hands down the best I've ever had. I set up a appointment to view a vehicle and by the time I showed up he already had it pulled out front and running ready to take it for a drive. We had the deal closed in little over a hour from arrival to driving home in our new vehicle. I can't say enough about how great and no nonsense everyone at Grogans was to us and will be heading back to them for our next purchase when the time comes. For anyone on the fence, head to them first and you won't be disappointed - from shopping to service they really value the customers experience.

I have buying vehicles from them for about 30 years Probably have purchased 20 + new vehicles in that time frame I recently purchased a 2024 Dodge Durango rt plus Everyone involved ( Marc ray ,Todd, John Byrne & Chris ) did another supper great job on another purchase As u can see I don't go anywhere else because #1 selection #2 great people #3 service goes beyond anything else. I have visited another stellantis dealership (Won't mention names but begins with a Y ) They don't even come close to the 3 things I mentioned previously at Grogans. Ok!! So about a year ago I left a really bad review.They changed service advisors like four times when I had my dashboard cluster repaired.And I think several service managers, it was horrible.And I believe I left a bad review! Fast forward a year later, and I believe they've hired some reputable really good people, because I had to take my jurassic jeep wrangler in for some issues, with the doors to tom in the body shop, tom got me in and got the job done.And kept me updated every chance he could! Is response time was phenomenal! While my jeep was there, they found without me, even asking a radiator hose that was leaking and offered to repair it for a very fair price.While it was still there, i don't remember that service advisor's name.But he also was very cordial.And kept me very updated and did everything right! He sounded familiar.I think he has been there a while.Not positive. The reason I am posting this review is it's always nice to give a place a second chance.I understand they must have been going through some bad times a year ago.But whatever they've done, they've improved it.So my business will come back. I probably would not have been back otherwise.But I was forced to go back for the door issue because it was something only they could fix at the time.I'm glad that this happened and that I was able to work with tom in the body shop.. good job 🙌
