Gary, the owner, was thorough in his diagnosis and prompt in ordering parts. It was a complicated front end lining. He promised to deliver my Honda Accord by the end of the scheduled day and he made good. He touched up some fender paint for a very reasonable price and the car looks great! If I ever need work like this, Fred's will be my first call, without hesitation!
