Went to get brakes replaced. They said i needed calipers to do the pads. I couldnt afford the calipers and pay what they wanted for labor at the time. They charged me 50$ before they would give me the keys, they pulled it in and took the tires off, when i went to go get it back.

Brian took over 5 months to get our truck back, only to have it break down 2 days after driving it again. We’ve also had several other issues we’ve needed to fix since then. Excuse after excuse about why it wasn’t getting done, poor quality work, lies and garbage service.

If I could gave them 0 stars i would I wouldn't recommend them to no one!!!! I pay them to do a motor in transmission replacement took them 2 months to do when it was support to be a week we get the car back the valve was broken they ran the power steering line underneath the car frame it end up bursting the oil seals was leaking and transmission line leaking. Call them out about it then his wife try to fight us. The car is my 17 year old son he almost got into a accident because of the power steering burst. Had to go to a different mechanic to get all the stuff they didn't do when replacing a motor and transmission. C&J are not honest business owners there are playing with people life. BEWARE

I was out in Toledo and had my exhaust blow apart 3 hours from home. I showed up and asked for help. For a really reasonable price they welded up my exhaust for me and its still holding and made it all the way Beck to Cleveland. Amazing service and really down to earth people. Highly recomend

When you don't have a mechanic and something goes wrong, it's a panic to find a good (let alone a great shop). I was beyond fortunate to find this gem. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fast and at an honest price. They had no surprises, and they let me know what could be done in the future (in other words, they did what was asked and let me know what to do to improve my car's performance)). If you are looking for a shop, put C&J's at the top of your list.

I could not be happier with the quality and price of the work done on 2003 MAZDA Protege. It needed a new alternator, four new rotors, two calipers, and a rubber brake line. I was 700 miles from home and showing a code with accompanying hard starts. The people at C and J complete auto were kind enough to help me at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. They diagnosed the issue and for a fair price repaired my vehicle. Everyone was really nice to me. If I lived in Toledo I would have no problem, none, having the crew at C & J's work on my vehicle. I have been to c & j’s for several repairs on different vehicles and I am and always will be a returning customer! Very very honest and prices are unbeatable!!! You will not be disappointed with their service and on top of the impeccable work they do, everyone is so super friendly!!! Never make you feel like you’re bothering them like some other repair shops I’ve gone to in the past! I’ll never go anywhere else after c & j’s! Awesome establishment, with AWESOME PEOPLE!!! Update to my review, I dropped my car off to Brian on Monday morning, Tuesday morning he contacted me to tell me what all it needed, which was the whole front end! Wednesday afternoon, he contacted me to tell me it was ready to go!!! Tried to trouble shoot an issue. It helped for a week and then back to square one. Wanted a price to fix it and was given the run around for a week now. If you don't want the job or are incapable of doing the job just say it. I'll move on no problem. But to be pulled along thinking they would actually do the work put a bad taste in my mouth.

Never had a issue with them. They got my 83 mustang up and running and helped my girlfriend get her serpentine belt and pully replaced. Currently they are working on my ford f150 thats been sitting for a bit. Hopefully they get it running and I will write another great review. Couldn't recommend a better place!

I took my car here in March. Without putting the car on a lift, the owner’s employee (not a certified mechanic) looked under my car in the parking lot and determined I had a problem w the CV axle shaft on driver’s side. The owner replaced the axle shaft and, after paying him $400, sent me on my way. My car continued to make the same noise, so I had a different mechanic look at it. He said he sees the new axle, but the guy should have also put in a bearing, which he didn’t. I made another appointment and took my car in this morning. Place is closed, door locked, no note stating where he is🤷‍♀️. I had a 10 o’clock appointment! I would not recommend this place EVER! At this point, I’m going to bite the bullet and take it to a REPUTABLE place, and have it fixed there! I left a phone message while standing in the parking lot and still have not received a response!! If I could have ranked this horrible place w a zero, I would have! Very disappointed!

My door handle came off my car during -2° weather, i called and they were able to find a part same day. Very nice people, the girl at the desk was super nice and a joy to talk to. The guys were aslo nice, they were quick i was only there an hour. And i even found out my old car has a remote car starter no one ever informed me of. Overall great place great experience and would definitely use them again for my car needs
