This past week, my wife had a radiator hose rupture while on the interstate highway, which quickly caused overheating of the engine of our minivan... We were fortunate that she could secure a tow to the downtown location where we have received excellent service in the past for both of our aging vehicles. The service technician carefully examined and discovered the source of our leak and replaced the appropriate hose, providing detailed notations and recommendations along with images to support the assessment. He then ran a thorough diagnostic test after the repair and refilling of the cooling system, to make sure the head gasket had not been damaged, changed the oil which was due, and performed a tire rotation for a very reasonable price. We both highly recommend this JAM Best-One location for courteous, reliable automotive services. We'll be back again. Kudos to all. Well done!!

I blew out a tire and was stranded in their parking lot. Of course, the hole was “too close to the side wall to plug.” The only option was a $460 replacement of my “rare” tire. There were no options for brands of tires or various price points, etc. I opted for the $460 tire because I was stranded there. Before asking where the wheel lock key was, they looked in the spare tire compartment, in turn, throwing stuff I had in the back, over. Then, after they asked about the wheel lock key, they didn’t even put the spare tire back together completely, just enough to close the cover on the spare. They were nice but I felt I didn’t have a lot of options. I could’ve put the spare on but I had just got off my 3rd shift job, I was tired and just wanted to get home.

Both experience with them was above and beyond first time I got some tires. No one else could find any tires that were smooth to drive on but Mean looking so they were the only tire place to find some highway tires that had the off-road look. Then just yesterday I came to them with a van that was mizz handled by a previous mechanic and they got me together and back on a road smoothly at a reasonable price. These are my go to in Toledo from now on.

If I could give JAM 100 stars I would. I have been going to this specific location since it was Tireman. I was nervous during the changeover, especially as I knew nothing about this company. I have NEVER experienced such trustworthy and ethical service from a repair shop. I am a single woman and ladies we all know how that can be. But Chris and Miles are EXCEPTIONAL HUMAN BEINGS! I trust them through and through and they make sure a problem is solved correctly and in the most cost effective manner. Idk what I did to be so blessed to cross paths with these wonderful gentlemen! I marked all the services I have received from this company over the last year and a half. My car is a 2017 and thanks to JAM on Monroe it's still running as smooth as the day I bought it ❤️❤️You have a guaranteed customer for life ❤️🚘💨 Ps. A hour of my life wasted. I stopped in the shop in the middle of December to have a tire repaired. They couldn't do it that day. Which seemed reasonable. The first appointment offered was Christmas eve morning. Whick was a week and a half out. Wow, they must be really good, so I took the appointment. Fast forward to the 24th. I arrive early for my appointment. They take my keys. And I sit for an hour in their waiting room. Finally they all me and say the tire is not repairable, so ok, then they try selling me 4 new tires as they have nothing to compair to the tires on my car. Really? It not like I have anything special on it, they wanted to sell some of their tires. This place is horrible specializing in up selling. I drove back to where I originally bought the tires and they patched the unpatchable tire. Be ware of these guys.

Very happy with professionalism and listened to me regarding what I heard and what may be attended to on my vehicle. After vehicle was inspected by service team, we agreed on the service plan. I have had some places try to persuade me to spend more on unnecessary services or parts. Fortunately, I've a cursory knowledge of cars and the important upkeep that should done routinely. When I say "no thank you", the look on the face of the " pushy" technician, realizing that I am not an easy mark to fall for their shenanigans, is priceless. This is my second time visiting Jam, first time getting needed service. I'll be back.

The service at Jam Best-One is top notch! They went above and beyond on my 2014 Ford Explorer. For what I paid in service for a changes to my water pump and belts and hoses the service crew did a really fantastic job. I highly recommend them for quality, reliability and honest service.
