This was the worst place I ever could have took my car. The bumper was the wrong red and the $130 side mirror was wrong but instead of ordering the right one they wanted to sauder and splice wires. To top it off a $27 gas card was stolen. He offered to repaint and splice mirror but I would rather pay 2x amount to go somewhere else

Got a flat traveling home from a business trip and wasn’t familiar with my surroundings. Called the shop after hours and they were available and allowed me to come in and changed my tire free of charge, and sent me on my way. Just beyond kind and would absolutely return for service if I was local.

This place is awesome! I was in an accident and rear ended someone due to the road conditions. It was black ice and I couldn’t stop. I got estimates from 5 other places. This place was the best price. And could get my car in before the holidays. They finished it within 3 days and was 3 days ahead schedule. They bought all new parts and did a fantastic job. I recommend them for any collision and paint job!

Got A flat tire on expressway . Got off of first exit which was Lagrange St and saw the Auto Tech Collision sign. Pulled in their parking lot and talked to Ron. He immediately said he would help me. He sent out guy named Dustin who changed my tire in less then 10 mins Both were so very nice and helpful. Of course they said “ no charge”. Definitely will go back if I need any work done on my car. Grateful for nice people

The lack of communication here is horrible. I spoke to the owner Ron on Friday to get my car serviced. Ron told me to bring in my car earlier Monday morning. I decided to drop off my car off Sunday evening so Ron could have it there ready to be serviced early Monday morning. By Monday afternoon around 3:00 p.m. I called to check to see what was going on with my car. I spoke to Ron again, and he said he would call me back and let me know as soon as he had a chance to look at my car. I never heard from Ron later that day. Late Tuesday afternoon, I called again, and Ron told me he still didn't have a chance to look at it. I can't afford to pay $40 for a one-way trip from an Uber to get back and forth to work. I would rather use that money to pay towards my own transportation to get fixed instead of an Uber. Wensday afternoon around 4 p.m. Ron finally calls me to tell me it's a sensor that needs to be replaced but it still won't be ready until Thursday 🙄 I explained to Ron on Friday when I made the appointment before I dropped it off I needed my car. It's the only transportation I have Ron assured me my car would be done by that Monday afternoon... but of course that wasn't the case. Yes, Ron is an honest mechanic, and he doesn't try to nickel and dime you... but unfortunately, the downside is that you never know when your vehicle will be ready.

I got a flat tire on the highway on my way to Michigan. I went in and spoke to Gary and he came out and took a look at my car as soon as I got there. He helped me put on the spare and load up the tire into my car, and refused any payment. I was able to make it home because of him! So grateful for his help and I would trust him with any future collision issues in the future. 10/10 customer service.

If you’re lucky enough that your insurance Company don’t total out your car. Or if they try to go and see Ron At Auto Tech collision. A picture says 1000 words I could not be happier with The work they did.
