I knew approximately how long it would take to get my car fixed and I would receive random texts telling me that my repair was on schedule. I would definitely recommend them for your car needs.

One of the older truck drivers towed my vehicle up onto the bed of the truck with my steering wheel turn all the way to the right and snapped something on my passenger side and now I have a Serious bad wobble at 50 mph but they refuse to even take a look or fix my vehicle

Called Thrones after my Kia broke down 18 minutes from Toledo, Ohio (I was coming from Michigan). Had trouble finding a company who would help until Rick called me back from Thrones Towing. He was super helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way to get my car to the shop and also gave a little insight as to what the issue may be. He was very understanding and flexible when it came to my issue and even met my sister to get my key. I had a great experience with Rick and definitely recommend him for any towing needs!!

I've taken my GMC Terrain here after the tornado for repairs and they did an AMAZING job, so I had another car problem and I took it in spur of the moment Tuesday and just picked it back up today and it's another job well done. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew! Highly recommend them and they will always be my go to shop!

Got caught behind one of these tow trucks that was taking up the entire street since he stopped directly next to two parked cars. Then when he was finally done talking I watched him almost cause an accident at a round a bout, he was lucky the other car slammed on their brakes.

They did exactly what they said. The driver gave an honest answer on timing and set accurate expectations, which I appreciate. He told me he had 2 jobs ahead of me and would be 2 hours. I accepted that because he was transparent and he was 2 hours like he said. The driver was great. The dispatcher was overwhelmed with work, and you could tell because she wasn't communicating very effectively. She was stressed out because she was overwhelmed with calls, but damn, she didn't have to be so rude. The driver redeemed the nasty dispatcher. Thank you to the driver.

I have had the pleasure of using Throne’s for over 30 years. Every time I have had to call them, Dave and his crew go above and beyond expectations. This last time when I had a starter go out, they picked up, fixed, then delivered my car back to my driveway all while I slept, as I’m a graveyard shifter. They have always treated me with the utmost respect and it’s been such a relief to be able to trust both their word as well as their work!

This has to be the worst experience you could possibly get. They did not tow my car for a week out of impound and now I have to pay an extra $100. DO NOT GET THERE SERVICES UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY!!!!

Worst service i have ever had. If i could leave less than 1 star i would. Waited over 2 hours for a tow truck and still did not come. Driver wouldn’t answer the phone. Horrible horrible horrible place. Do not use

October 23 around 5:20 PM today. I was driving in the left lane when this incompetent driver of your tow truck without a turn signal cut me off and almost hit me we end up getting off at the same exit. My GPS tells me I need to be in the right lane so I’m merge over and as I’m passing him He goes to merge into me again and almost hits me again You all really need to do better. Your company will never see a penny of my money because of the type of people you employee.

My friend had a loose bolt on his car so thorn claimed they broke the boat and my friend had to pay the hundred dollars because he broke it so my friend had to pay it that don’t make no sense you ever hear the same you break it you bought it while Thor doesn’t work like that they break it you buy it Not a good place to go to get something tightened. They most likely did not break it but they had to recoup some money so they claim they broke it and he got charged 100 freaking dollars for something he didn’t break Thor broke. That’s not fair. That’s not right that’s Unprofessional.

Unable to provide quotes. I called to get an estimate because Im quote shopping. They don't provide estimates. Even after I explained I understand the disclaimer (they may determine more needs to be done once they look at it) I just want to know how much they charge for the specific repairs with parts and labor; I was refused a price quote. However if you want an estimate done there and decide not to have them fix it, They charge $100......

I had an accident where my car needed to be repaired (costing roughly $4000). Throne Auto works with my insurance company, therefore I was directed to them for claim repair purposes. My entire experience with this facility was frustrating from start to finish. The men are nice when you speak with them but 1. their hours are not readily available online. They state they are 247 but the office is not. So you never know when they are physically present. 2. Their phone number listed online is either disconnected or when it does ring through the voice box is full. You have zero ability to get a hold of them. 3. I talked with three different men to try to get even a description over email (or even verbal on the phone) of the car repairs and the cost that they were processing and this never came through. Nor did the men seem like they knew how to use the system (supposedly only the owner Dave had the capabilities who had been out sick for a month). Everything about this facility is frustrating and unorganized. Contacting them is impossible, I do not recommend working with them.
