The Auto Doctor was the professional courteous I like how when I needed financing for the car they took care of all that for me not to a bank and also they took care of all DMV services for me to register and smog the car and I didn't have to do any of that except drive the car off the lot and then make sure my car was 100% make sure that if it needed repairs are oil changes that it was all done before I left I would definitely recommend the Auto Doctor to buy a car

This place is very nasty and dirty in the office..the owner is leaving in 2 yrs and could care less what he sells. Very shady. He buys cars from auctions puts a bandaid on them and sells them. When something goes wrong he won't recommend he simply doesn't care. Oil should be in the car. The tag stating next date for oil change should be real. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

They sold me a car that immediately started having problems, after a years worth of payments I still owe over $3000 on a car that barely runs. Every payment has a million fees so only $40 goes toward the principal. They offer $25 for refferals!! LOL I'm sure they'll just apply that to more fees!! My payments might go up!! Don't go here unless you like paying a high price on a terrible car!!

Absolute garbage they overcharged me an insane amount. I literally drove the car off the lot two windows broke and fell directly down into the door of the car now the engines failing on the freeway, and they make you sign a no return policy. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE

I recently purchased a car from Joe at the Auto Doctor dealership in Berkeley , ca,. And was pleasantly surprized at how easy it was to talk to him about the condition and points of intrest of the car without feeling like he was "selling" me the car , but rather informing me about the car , and was very helpfull in arranging a very reasonanle payment plan of $1500 down and $150 a month which fit my budget. Joe was , and is , one of the nicest and respectfull car dealers i've ever met. The whole process was as smooth and relaxed as could be , and i certainly look forward to buying my next car from him down the road. The Auto Doctor is the place to find great deals for a good price. I can't say enough about the kind treatment he gave me that made buying a used car a real pleasure instead of some stressfull nightmare. Joe is one of a kind, and gives used car salesmen a GOOD name . not a bad one. Check him out !... No bull !

Just went for a test driver - alignment on the car was off, but I didn’t think that was a major issue. Halfway through the test drive the car cut off and Joe ends up telling me he’s not comfortable selling the car… seems a bit unprofessional for a dealership to not know which cars are fully operational and let you test drive them anyways … be careful!

Hey u guys I been knowing Joe over 15 yrs I'm on my 3rd car with him. He has always been honest & upfront. This 3rd 🚙 I got around Xmas time. I had been using uber & lyft for a month and didn't have the whole down payment I gave him $500 down & drove away with a 2010 suv the same day with Arrangements over a decent period of time. The Arrangements DID NOT INCLUDE THE CAR PAYMENT. My payments was pushed out additional 30 days after 👇 payment arrangement. Shortly after someone hit & ran my suv damaging the thermostat joe replaced for me and I paid later so my insurance wouldn't go up. I have NOT HAD a bad experience with joe.

My motor blew on my car after 6 months I called the owner joe to let him know and he said it's not his problem. I was told by him that he would come pick up the car so he can sell it at auction this was in January the car is still broken down in front of my house. When I call joe to see what's going on he said he is not coming to get the car and that I need to pay him his money. He will knowingly sell you a broken car don't waist your time and money go to another dealer that has respect for their customers.

It’s honestly ridiculous how the owner talks to people . The minute you ask questions he catches an attitude and then when I couldn’t find anything I was told that’s why I told you not to come . I just finished paying off my 5th foreign car from the Auto Doctor. This time it took me 16 months to pay it off. The owner Joe is really a man of his word. He is amazingly awesome and I appreciate him. He has worked with me on every car I have purchased from him. 2 BMW 1 AUDI 1 LEXUZ 1 ACURA - I GOT MY 1ST CAR - AUDI A4 NEW YEARS EVE 2011. Joe has never put me under any pressure, he has helped me to see my full potential as he stood in support of me furthering my education. I just graduated from Sonoma state university on honor roll with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and law and ethics. I am very grateful to Joe for continuing to support me, throughout all this country has experienced within the past 2 years+. He even helped me to close out my account before the interest charges change. I would like to direct anyone in need of a vehicle whose looking for modest payments go talk to Joe. You need to be consistent and you can't come with the bull. He will read you. He's not having it. Just don't try him.
