Rip-off artists. Plan on being upsold. First it was the new tires that they promised would give me better gas mileage in my 2014 Prius. Mileage went down. Then it was a tire repair for a small screw I’d driven over- they refused to do it saying I needed 4 new tires. 4 years (40k miles) of little old lady driving & completely intact tread. Second shop inspected & repaired no problem. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Beyond recommended. My car was really banged up and needed a lot of attention. Went to a few other spots around town to get some quotes and ended up getting charged for some of those “quotes.” Brought it into Joe’s Tires and honestly, some of the best and most genuine people in there really looking out for their customers. This is the first shop I’ve taken my car and don’t feel like I’m being overcharged for anything. This shop has the greatest customer service and quality of service for cars. They kept in close contact with me to keep me updated about my car meanwhile it was in their control which made me super happy to know it was in good hands.

My front right tire was busted, he told me that they have 2 of these tires and can get it done by 6pm I was waiting there then they said they don’t have it after I paid $327 for a tire that cost $150, it could also mean they lied that they have em in stock, just to make sure I’ll go with them (I don’t mind the price bcs I need it fast) Then they told me that someone is going to pick the tire up tomorrow and get it sorted out by 9AM which will get me late for work. But thats ok Its almost 11AM and I got a call that the tire will get there at 2PM saying that yesterday was ETA and it is still in the morning. Why would you say that(?) At the end he got someone to pick up the tire and told me it was done just before 12pm No discount / anything was given

They really charge way more than other places, come here if you are rich enough. Two Michelin pilot sport All Season 4 235/18/40 tires wanted to charge me 699$. While another shop only charge the real market price 211$ each. The front desk even said that is the lowest and is the real market price which Costco charge for, thinking I am an idiot lol. With 699$ I can almost buy two Michelin Cup 2 tires for that size.

These guys are awesome. Got a flat randomly on a Saturday afternoon and saw they were near. Drove over and even tho it was close to closing we took a look and realized it was repairable. Had me out of there in 15 minutes and for a very reasonable cost. Will be back!

If you drive a Tesla, avoid this place. They tried to upsell me on all four tires just because one was flat, totally unnecessary. I ended up going to a shop just a few blocks away, got the single tire replaced for $102, and my car’s running perfectly. What a shame

I know people who ordered Michelin tires from joes tires. They put an off brand on car and got charged like they were Michelin. When they questioned them they acted like there was nothing they could do. Bad place

I brought my EV in for a flat last December and left with four new tires! Joe’s showed me the uneven wear pattern and explained how I could further damage my car if I left it. This was at only 18,000 miles! Fast forward six months and 5000 miles and I brought my EV in again for a flat and they fixed it and rotated the tires, all at no charge. Good dependable service. You get what you pay for! It’s worth it.

Tire and labor were way overpriced. Girlfriend had a nail in her tire. Got an appointment the next day and they were confused when I arrived. Explained the situation again and then spent 30 minutes haggling when it was a straight forward replacement. They said they couldn’t change tire that day and it’d be ready the next. Showed up and spent 3 hours waiting the next day after they said it’d be done.
