They came out to my house for a windshield replacement. They were courteous with a call a bit in advance, professional while here, and were faster than I thought. I paid out of pocket and the price wasn't bad for a truck windshield. Would definitely use them again.

I’m very disappointed with Auto Glass Worcester. I went there to replace my windshield, and the whole process has taken over one month with zero results. First, they told me on the phone that the order would take only three days. Instead, I waited more than two weeks just for confirmation, and even then, I never heard anything back. I kept waiting and calling, but they gave me no updates, no communication, and no solution. After over four weeks, they still did nothing for my car. No windshield, no appointment, nothing. This is extremely unprofessional.

Came out to home next day. We canceled appointment we had that day to be home. Told us they would come out between 8:00am- 6:00 pm. They came out at 8:00 am. They had with them the wrong windshield! The following day came out again. Installed windshield. The next day the window had to be calibrated. They opened the hood of car and did not close it properly. Never again will we use them!

I am really impressed and so happy with Auto Glass Now. Dominic came out and installed my windshield. He was very kind and accommodating to my silly requests I had asked for. He explained the process and gave me all the information I could need to make sure my windshield is good to go. Seth came to calibrate it and he was so friendly and super helpful. I was informed through the whole process by both of them. And I spoke with Darlene who was just the sweetest on the phone and helpful as well. So I highly recommend here and if I ever need this service again I will absolutely be calling them!

Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE service by this company. I didn't want to use the big commercial companies when my windshield chipped. They didn't do a great job on my last one. I did a Google search and found amazing reviews for Roy's. Took a chance and called them. Donna was super nice and got me setup. They were able to overnight the glass I needed for my Lexus and the next day I was able to go in and get it replaced. Took only 1.5 hours. Zachary is legit one of the nicest and coolest guys I've ever done business with. His work is meticulous. He noticed some issues with the last places work. He noted them to me, fixed them, and even reorganized some wires behind the scenes for me for my hardwired dash cam. Amazing dude and again, the work, service, and ridiculously quick turnaround will have me a lifetime customer of Roy's. Do NOT go to the big places. Go to Roy's!

I’ve had a glass replacement about a month ago. I own a 40k$ car and the technician who came to replace my windshield was heavly stepping on my car. The paint is off my car and I have been trying to get a hold of the manager or anyone who could help. I have emailed the pictures I took and I haven’t gotten a message. I finally got a hold of the manager and explained the situation. He said he’s not in the office and he’ll get back to be once he gets to the office. It’s been a week since I have talked to him. I finally gave them a call since the manager hasn’t gotten back to me, someone hang up on me. I’d suggest you guys to get a small ladder so you don’t have to ruin peoples car they work hard for.
