I can't say enough good things about our experience. AGN did an exceptional job replacing my 2007 Toyota's windshield, which became scratched with age and difficult to see through. I wanted to avoid Safelite, which did a poor job on the same car previously. Highly recommend AGN!

Haha...well, sometimes the big guys deserve the win. I wanted to give my business to someone local, but after he quoted me $980 (!), to replace the windshield on a 2001 Mercedes (!!), I gave it a quick google. I made the appointment online, it was confirmed for the next day, for $360, with a lifetime warranty. The staff was warm, personable, and communicative, rather than the usual 'person who works with machines talking to humans' surliness. I was in an out in 2 hours. Smile on my face. Highly recommended :)

Walked in and told it would be slow, estimate of about an hour. Was paid and driving off the parking lot 35 minutes later, at 70% of the quote from safelite! This was an insurance claim through Erie, Fine Creek Insurance. My agent, Amber got me in touch with them easily enough. They were prompt, I got an appointment for 2 vehicles in two days. They took my repair in a soon as I got there. It was almost flawless! In case you didn't know, repairs are too keep the chip from spreading, not too completely erase it. This guy did almost that, it's a 98 % improvement! The windshield replacement in my van was flawless as well. Both were completed in a timely manner. 45 minutes on the repair, a couple of hours on the windshield.

I called and scheduled my appointment on Thursday for the Thursday of the following week at. 10:00am. When I arrived at my appointed time, I was greeted with a pleasant welcome and my vehicle was immediately taken back to the shop. I was told that this might take up to 2hrs to have my auto glass installed. I settled into a chair with a cup of coffee and began watching a movie. Maybe 1/2 way through I was surprised to hear m name called to tell that I was ready to go. Awesome service, great workmanship and all around a good experience. I would highly recommend.

I got my windshield replaced by them, and they were amazing! Women owned and fast customer service. I dropped my car off and had it replaced within the day! A million times better than richmond safelite, who I did use for a previous windshield. They tried to give me 3 different prices and couldnt be bothered to answer the phone or get someone out within 2 weeks.

Looks nice and brand new, no issues thus far, 10/10 craftsmanship. I do suggest calling ahead if the appointment time to ensure they will have your vehicles glass type. Safelite quoted me 1+k. I had a great experience. I originally walked in and spoke with Zoey, she was kind and helpful. Zoey, gave me my quote and let me know the availability immediately. When the day came for my service, I dropped my car off and was informed how long the service would take, and that I would be notified for pick up. At pick up, my windshield looked brand spanking new! I went in for a windshield replacement after a stone hit. The insurance had already approved it and the new windshield had already been delivered. But instead of just replacing it, the manager was completely honest after taking a look and said it was repairable. I really appreciated their honesty. They did a good job on the repair as well—you can see the result in my before/after photo. They even offer to help with insurance claims, which makes the whole process a lot easier. So, they handled all the insurance paperwork, and it was a quick and easy fix in the end. This is a great, trustworthy shop, and I'd definitely recommend them for any auto glass work!
