I just left this place after waiting almost 45 minutes for my state inspection to be done. I showed up at about 1:40 and was told by the lady at the front desk to come back at 2 because the guy was currently finishing an inspection. So I waited and came back and sat in the car for 45 minutes. When I went to ask how much longer would it be for them to take my car, the lady had already gone to lunch and the old man said the inspection guy never showed up since he had a doctors appointment. When I told him I just waisted over an hour of my time to get seen he simply smirked and laughed and said there’s nothing he could do. This place is so unprofessional! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Whoever that Spanish girl is there now needs to realize she's not running anything she's so rude and feels entitled news flash hun u work at a garage. The old lady has no clue as to what's going on. Where is the original lady and her husband? They need to come back to this shop an clean house. Went there for a overall checkup on my car had to leave after a hour of the old lady telling me the guy was coming, whispering to the Spanish lady behind the computer screen. I had to walk out! So unprofessional wasted my time. She never found the guy. I recommend it if u just go for inspection or if the original people come back an clean house...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They got everything I needed done in one day. As a woman I get nervous going to mechanic shops because I’m afraid they will overcharge me or lie to me about work that needs done because I don’t know much about cars. Went for a state inspection. Service was quick, fast and efficient. Everything I was told on the phone about drop-off time and completion time were spot on. Ladies at front desk were extremely polite and even suggested a great place to grab lunch while I waited. I would highly recommend this business to friends or anyone it needs inspection or car repair.

Got a rim for my little car at CAP that had a trunk tire on it and they removed the tire for me at no charge and I told them they could keep the tire (it had a little life on it still). My service was nonprofessional. The customer service was bad. I’m driving my car right now on a hope factor. To sum it up they basically said they weren’t sure if the job was successful. Sorry customer service! I wouldn’t recommend going here.

I’ve been to them twice so far and I will continue to do business with them. My first experience was a state inspection and the the second experience was a front end alignment. They are very transparent and the customer service from what I received is awesome. They are very detailed when it comes to your vehicle, they let you know what’s going on and they don’t drain your pockets. I’m not going anywhere and I will refer others. Thank You so much!! Love Riverside Auto Repair. We have been taking our vehicles here for years. Inspections, routine maintenance, repairs, they do it all. It's hard to find honest repair shops! A major dealer found an exhaust leak while my car was there for a recall. Major repair shop said only option was to replace entire exhaust system. Got a second opinion @ Riverside. They took they time to figure out exactly where the leak was and replaced only the damaged part saving me a significant amount of money!
