Had my Jeep towed here last year after the fuel line ruptured. They had it fixed up fast and were very kind throughout the whole process. Dropped it off again last Monday for a few other repairs and they had it ready by Tuesday morning. Still kind and courteous as ever, and even went ahead and did my state inspection that was well overdue. Good price for all services rendered. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs. I can’t even begin to describe the wonderful experiment with One Stop Auto Repair. I brought my car in 12/26/23 early morning and was greeted with a warm welcome. Ashley thoroughly went over the steps. My car was able to be serviced the same day! They fixed the issue and I was able to get on the road and head to Florida with my family. One Stop Auto Repair is a family owned business. They were wonderful and made me feel like a valued customer. Not being a Virginia native, I’ve never had a “go to” person for car related issues. I will be utilizing One Stop Auto Repair for my car maintenance needs.

I was impressed! I didn't know the extent of the work they could do. My rack and pinion steering suddenly went out on my truck. I called 4 other garages, and 3 said take it to the dealer. $$$$. One said go to One Stop. I was desperate, so gave them a call. They said sure, they could fix it. Dropped it off that afternoon and picked it up the next morning. The team was excellent, kept me informed the whole way, explained my options, and constantly informed of the cost. They did a terrific job, were reasonably priced, and extremely friendly to work with. Definitely going back!

These people are life savers!! My power steering hose had a leak and my steering wheel started locking up. My sister and I were only in town for the day and had a 2 hour drive back home, and every other place we called said it would take days to get us in. One Stop Auto Repair got me in right away and fixed it so fast. The front desk girls were awesome too—super sweet and helpful. They really came through for me and my sister. Can’t thank them enough! Will definitely bring my car back here if I have any issues once I move back to the area.

I brought my car for oil change and battery checkup. The manger said they have to replace the battery. The price for the battery is $308. I asked him if he can find a less expensive battery. He said "not for a Mercedes"!!! (BTW it's 10 yrs old Mercedes, $8K value). When I picked up my car I found out the battery was $199 (Part# 9849 at NAPA – See attached picture of the battery). That's the price for general public and of course they always get a huge discount as they are partnered with NAPA Network. They charged $60 to find out the battery have to be replaced, $145 to put the new battery in place and $308 for the "$199 Battery". (see attached invoice) When I complained in a very respectful way, the manager was very rude and disrespectful. I drove the car for 15 miles and I got the dashboard warning of "Low level of oil" (See attached picture). I checked the oil level (after 2 hours parked in my workplace). It was under "Minimum"!!!! They charged me for 7.5 Quarts and my car normally needs only 6.93 Quarts (As per Owner Manual). Who could believe they really used 7.5 Qt??!!! Pay attention. Oil change and battery replacement could cost you $654 there (see attached invoice). AND the Worst of all: they removed the battery side holder but they did not put it back. They left it in the front, next to the hood lock. (see attached picture). So only one side of the hood is locked. I'm glad I found out about it before I get into the highway where the "half-locked" hood could make a disaster. This is a scandal. How could you stay in business if you are non-professional, you extremely overcharge your customer and you neglect his safety... and on top of all that you are rude and disrespectful. This is a ZERO Star review. Update: After posting this review. Somebody called me and introduced himself as "Gerry, the owner". I thought he wants to apologize and make it right but he said in a very disrespectful way :"if you think our prices are high, you have to find another shop for your next repair needs, we don't want your business anymore". I'm still chocked for the way he is treating his customers. If your shop is very busy (because there are only few shops in our area) you should be grateful. I don't think anybody who sees my attached invoice ($654 for oil change and a basic battery replacement) will chose to be your customer.

One Stop Auto Repair was so wonderful to work with! I can't recommend them enough. They helped me back in November when the transmission went out on my Subaru Forester. They worked with the dealership to help find me a new transmission for my car. Understandably, the process could have taken months for them to find the correct one, but they were able to find one and have me back on the road in just a week! All employees that I spoke to were pleasant and attentive. I am impressed with all aspects of the process! I will definitely see them for any car repairs in the future!

I have never left a review for a business but this place is outstanding. I went in as a walk in at 3:30 to get some things fixed so my car would pass inspection. I left at 6 with my car fixed, an inspection sticker and quieter than it has been in years. The prices are fair and they didn’t take advantage of the fact that I am I woman with 0 knowledge on cars, that is a rare find. I will be recommending this place to any and everyone that will listen.

This review is mainly for my high end car people Car shops that work on every car is not the shop for you they don’t know what they are doing other than gaining experience from messing up people vehicles they never worked on before I use to go to one stop shop for all my vehicles 3 years ago before I got stationed at for bliss I believe RJ was working there at the time and they usually do good work an friendly, I finally got discharged and moved back to VA I brought my Mercedes Benz cla 250 to them to fix because the last auto shop was taxing I thought but compared to one shop no sir an one stop was telling me they can do it for 200 then 800 then 4 thousand and now 7k They went from 6hrs of labor to 22hrs and to me I felt they where trying to take advantage of my warranty even with that they wanted me to pay 3k out of pocket it really felt like they where trying to finesse since I have a high end car I only asked them to fix one part of my car and they ended up going thru the whole car after I strictly told them what I needed done I guess the boss came out and told me they not working on my car unless I get a diagnostic from them an the way he said it was mad rude I told him I already got one from a another shop but they don’t care Out of all the years going there I finally came to the fact of them just wanting to take advantage of people they told me my car had so many problems I’m better off selling it which is highly disrespectful after ravaging my car I know my car because I work on Mercedes I just needed them to do one job since I had warranty plus when I went to retrieve my car the window was down and it was rained on in the inside and they didn’t care My car felt firm and was working a lot better before I took it to that shop an now my car feel loose I hear new sounds and I just regret ever going This review is mainly for my high end car people

I suddenly had a very loud noise coming from my Toyota’s engine and had it towed in to One Stop at about 1pm on a Friday. They found the issue, the serpentine belt, and they had my car ready at 5pm that same day! So, I didn’t go into the weekend without the car. I couldn’t believe it. Tom was really polite and happy to help, he doesn’t seem bothered at all that I was calling on a Friday afternoon to tow my car in. It turned out to be a great day.
