Used most of the larger car stereo shops in Richmond & I've been bringing my car/s here for 15 years now. They're knowledgeable, fast, fair, do quality work & their prices are really reasonable, they won't try to sell you stuff that you don't need like some other shops. From basic to unlimited budget, they can do it all, & they won't treat you like crap if you're not spending a lot of money; they'll treat you the same, with courtesy & respect, if you're just buying parts as they will if you intend to spend thousands. Don't think I'll be taking my car anywhere else as long as these guys are around. Only giving them 5 Stars cause I can't give them 6. From the outside they may not look flashy but don't judge a book by its cover. Give them a try, you definitely WON'T be disappointed.

Didn't even try to find something compatible with my vehicle. He wanted to put some Bluetooth add on jus because he was to lazy to find something compatible with my LS. Went to Howe Audio researched what needed and found apple play would work well with my car by a reputable manufacturer. Don't go here. Guy is way to lazy. And crack heads work here.

It is appalling to have to rate Jaime a 1. When you’re a returning customer multiple times, communication is poor, and you have someone’s vehicle for days with no progress, then you have to expect recourse. Not only did he have an unprofessional experience in front of another customer while on the phone with me, he attempted to match wits with an angry customer to whom he has lied on fulfillment of a service. Don’t take customers to appease them, and make them waittttttt! Did I say wait! Another customer was told to come back to finish work in my presence the other day. That’s a problem. It’s a compliment to be busy like that, but it’s very insulting when you call, he looks at the caller ID, and ignores the call because he can’t face a customer being upset about waiting yet another day. Go back to the days when you were waiting for business and couldn’t afford to do that, and things will change drastically. Get help if you need it, but being transparent with people in general goes a long way. Stop telling people another daytime or by Monday and deciding for them if they can wait or not. The exchange today should have been recorded as a warning to others. Poor customer services Jaime - strictly horrible!!!!

Rollin Thunder was great at upgrading my Crosstrek stock speakers. They installed speakers I'd brought with no complaint and a fair labor cost. What's really won me over since then is their advice that the biggest upgrade would be a subwoofer. I never thought I'd be adding a sub, but it fills out the lower end of the music so well, it really makes a difference. Sure, half my trunk space is gone, but they installed it so it's easy to take out and put back in. Quality job as far as I'm concerned, and I have grown to love my funny little "BASS LEVEL" knob. I'll be coming back if I end up putting a speaker amp in. Good shop

My experience with Rollin Thunder was excellent!!!!🤩Jamie is very knowledgeable, personable, fair, and he cares about the work quality offered to customers. When I arrived I was unsure if I could restore my GWagon to a presentable standard but Jamie and his team went above and beyond to make me a happy customer. I arrived on a Monday and my truck was restored the following day before the close of business. My new sound system is great but the wiring correction job was impeccable. These guys are great! I’ve had them install speakers and a stereo before, but this time I actually had my bank deposit slip into a crack underneath the dashboard and I could not get it out. So I took my truck to them and they were able to get into the dash and get my deposit out of there. And to top it off, they told me no charge! That is great service!

First time going here due to being recommended and I heard it was cheaper. But I should have stayed with the company I always went to and paid the asking price. I don’t like that they put my amp under the seat. I can’t get to it and adjust anything smh and it’s not even strewed in good. My app cuts in and out, I called and took it back with no success. And I paid almost $300.
