Associate was very rude. Charged me for a service after lying of the price. Then after installing the filter he would not offer to refund after he sharing a different price for the service. was very very rude. Will not be returning to this location. Also did not want to honor my 50% coupon and only offered a 25$ off coupon.

I went there to get an oil change in the tire rotation. When I left, I kept smelling Oil for days afterward in my air, So I took it back and they said There was no leak and some oil had dripped on my mufflers. They fixed that, but then my tire pressure light came on for my back tire, For days, I’ve been feeling my back tired, thinking it was going flat, but in actuality, it was my front tire, So now my sensors are off and I did not have this problem until they rotated my tire tires. When I called the Valvoline number, the man told me they had nothing to do with that, I kept trying to explain that my sensors were correct. Going to each tire before I got my tires rotated. I’m not even sure what to do now.

I really like how friendly and fast the staff is! I was there for like 25 minutes and stayed in my car the whole time. Had my oil changed, air put in my tires, new engine air filter, and new windshield wipers. Highly recommend.

rrived at this location around 5:30 PM. Normally, I come earlier in the day, but on this occasion I was in urgent need of an oil change after work. I felt we got there in decent time and immediately got in line. Unfortunately, the associate Kee did not make the experience welcoming. Her facial expressions and repeated comments such as “damn they can’t wait until tomorrow” gave the impression that customers were an inconvenience. By 5:45, she had already turned away two cars that arrived after us, even though closing time was not yet 6:00 PM. Her demeanor came across as if customers were unwanted, which felt unprofessional and unrepresentative of a quick-stop service. On the other hand, Mr. Duke provided excellent service. He was professional, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. He made sure we received the service we came for and treated us with respect. Not at my request, they took apart a panel inside my car including a few screws only to say they couldn’t reach whatever it was they were looking for. When I went to vacuum my car later that day, I found that a box connected to something was now hanging in that area. Nothing hung there prior to this last visit. I do not recommend this location.

Very fast service even on holidays. Caveats: 1. Oil prices were higher than expected. $108 for full synthetic oil. 2. Yet recall time is 3000 miles unlike other places offering 5K miles. 3. They didn't check tire pressure, yes I was there for oil change, but tire pressure check should go complimentary without asking. That never happened with oil changes with others. 4. Didn't like the way, you never get to ask the oil change price until you reach down to the spot after queue, so you just say yes to whatever they charge.

Everyone working there was happy to be there and obviously worked well as a cohesive team. Communicating between team members about what needs to be done in each bay and checking on team mates that might not have as much experience with a technique than others. I paid over $100 for a full synthetic oil change at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and the service was incredibly disappointing. When I left, I noticed oil left all over my hood and front bumper—something that should never happen after a basic service, let alone an expensive one. On top of that, the associate who helped me was noticeably irritated when I simply asked to update my information on my account. For the price I paid, I expected professionalism and attention to detail, and unfortunately I didn’t receive either. I won’t be returning.

I have only been successful getting my oil changed here once out of the three times I have waited in a long line to do so. The first time they were missing a part to change anyone’s oil at all. The second time they were great and responsive. The third time they were out of the oil my car used and the alternative cost significantly more money so I declined. I never write reviews and I’m sure there are nice people who work there but I am heated and I will not be going back to be disappointed for a third time.
