I called. They came out. They diagnose. My vehicle said that they were coming back the next day with the part needed it. They would not answer their phone. They never showed up and the diagnosis was wrong.

Best money I ever spent- I have an old ambulance that lost power and wouldn’t start, they dug through all the unusual ambulance electrical and had it up and running in 30 min and even took the time to answer my questions as they were working. As a woman mechanics can be very judgmental, especially about diesel vehicles and Pat was great. WAY better than towing it somewhere, definitely will be my new goto mechanic. Thanks for getting me back in the road Pat!

We had a great experience with Amy. She kept in contact with us as she was in route to us. She quickly identified the issue with why our car was stuck in neutral and would not shift into gear. She was friendly, personable and educated us about the issue and her plan for fixing it. She also gave us information on safe websites to order car parts. The cost for the repair was reasonable considering that she traveled to us. I introduced her to my daughter who lives in the area and in need of a mobile mechanic. She will be using this mechanic for future repairs. I highly recommend her!

Highly Recommend! RVA saved me money! I could not get to Richmond to help my daughter with her car. We thought the starter was bad. I arranged with Pat at RVA to pick up a starter and go replace it. When he arrived, he immeadiately noticed it was just poor cabling/connectors on the battery. Pat fixed that quickly and and saved me money! If you're a Dad and need a trusting person to help your family...RVA MM is the right call!!!

I had a good experience working with them! I connected them because I had an airbag light turn on. Shawn was able to come out to do a diagnostic($45). After about 30 minutes, he found out the problem was my Clockspring. Sadly, he wasn't able to fix it because the part we needed wasn't sold in the store, but nevertheless, he gave me peace of mind knowing what was wrong. The only thing I wish was better was being able to know exactly what time he was coming just so that I'm not sitting at home waiting all day. Other than that, the service was great, and I'll be back if something happens with my car again

RVA Mobile Mechanics worked on the my engine motor mounts. When I took the car to be inspected, they said the motor mount wasn’t installed properly. I tried to contact him to have him fix it. He wouldn’t answer me. He ignored all of my contact. It’s sad that people do this to others.

This is specifically for PAT He was supposed to replace my alternator after 6 days of no form of contact. When he finally came out I paid him the money to replace it with a brand new one. Instead, PAT decided to go get a old one from a near by junk yard. Not only he got an old one, he also put it in wrong. Not even 5 mins after he left the car broke down and I was stranded for a couple of hours. I called PAT over 20 times and no response. Still to this day. Do not deal with this company because you WILL get robbed. It may no the begining but it WILL happen. So this message is for PAT, you are the reason people can't trust car mechanics.

Very professional! Was able to get to my vehicle the same day. Very trustworthy as I was not able to be at my car due to work but he did the job and had my car back on the road! I was pretty certain I knew the problem but he made sure to diagnose it first before just jumping in! Prices were very Very reasonable and I would recommend this company every chance I get!! Definitely would not use this company. Pat came out to replace knock sensor on my car. Seemed like all was good. Car was running and he said that it was fixed. I paid him and went to drive right after he left. First I turned on windshield wipers and they flew off . Then I noticed my windshield was cracked in left corner in several places. I immediately called him because he couldn’t have gone far, with no answer. Then my car died at stop light. I have tried multiple times to call him and have left messages with no response. I’m disabled with a fixed income and am now out over $500.00 and my car is in worse shape now than before he worked on it.

Thank God for Ronnie. He came to Sheetz parking lot after 8pm and got my 2023 Bronco Sport back on the road as good as new after experiencing some damage to my Heat Shield underneath my vehicle. Thank you thank you thank you. I just found my mechanic. Highly recommend, he knows his stuff and he’s fair.
