Found this place through my AAA app and I am so glad I did! Everyone was friendly, especially Sierra. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure to explain the repairs to me in a way that I could understand. They offered a loaner car so I could get to work while my car was being worked on. They kept in contact with me during the process. They gave me quotes before they started working so I knew what to expect in terms of cost. It was by far the smoothest most pleasant experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced. Moving forward I will start using this location to get future work done.

I called and asked if I could bring in my recently purchased school bus for a state inspection. I was told that would be fine and instructed on how to leave the keys overnight. The day after I dropped off my bus I was told they weren't able to do the inspection because my vehicle was too big. When I explained that I already confirmed my vehicle was serviceable, the woman told me "that was probably the owner you spoke with, he has a really can do attitude". If you can't do something, having a 'can do attitude' is actually a huge waste of time for the customer. I had to start all over again looking for a mechanic to service my bus. If you want to use this mechanic, make sure you confirm your vehicle fits inside what they actually "can do" so you don't waste your time too!

Outstanding, professional, helpful. This was the 3rd place I took my car too, they finally did what I asked and resolved the issues I had. I previously left my car at AAMCO for 3 weeks only to discover that they never even looked at it. I’m so glad I finally made it to Cloverleaf. If your car is broken, take it here.

Ladiessss! Get your car serviced here! I used to hate taking my car in because dudes at other shops would talk down to me or try to overcharge me, but I felt SO well cared for at Cloverleaf. Sierra and the other folks I spoke to were all super kind and helpful and diagnostics were lightning quick! When my car needed to be kept overnight due to an unexpected repair I needed for my yearly inspection, the team lent me a courtesy car so I could still go to work and had the repair done right on time the next day. Trust… these folks are the real deal. Thank you for a great experience!!

Today was my first time going to Cloverleaf Tire and Auto. The staff was very professional and courteous. I went for a small job replacement of a lightbulb. The cost was very minimal. ( $15) less than my quote from my regular mechanic. I was there all of eight minutes They just got a new customer. .😮😉

Cloverleaf way exceeded my expectations, with me not living in Richmond and having 2 children that do it make me weary of shops that I’ve not had experience with. My oldest found Cloverleaf a little while back and has had them do a few repairs for him and he recommended them to me when the water pump started leaking on my other son’s Audi. I contacted them and they were happy to look at it so we dropped it off, I am very pleased with the friendliness and communication with me during the process. I was even impressed with the price since it is a very labor intensive job. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area., so refreshing in today’s world to still find honest, caring repair shops. GREAT JOB CLOVERLEAF !!!

They were aware of what truck my husband had and took the money to check the truck. Overall, told us they couldn't provide much information as to what is wrong internally but surely still can take the transmission out and give us another one for 6000 plus dollars.

I have used Cloverleaf Tire and Auto for over a decade. I wanted a local car repair/maintenance shop, instead of a chain, that would get to know me and my vehicles. Cloverleaf is that place. Everyone there is nice, knowledgeable, quick, pays attention to the details, genuinely wants to help and treats me (and my dog) with respect. 1000 dollars off needless work when this shop told me all it needs is an engine replacement is ridiculous. If u take a thousand dollars off of needless work - what good is that. If this shop has any reputable mechanics - they would’ve known the work was unnecessary. To charge me thousands of dollars for a truck that will now sit unused is ridiculous. This shop and its owner are conmen- do not go here ever!!!!

This awful company charged me 3000 for miscellaneous repairs to my truck when the real issue was the head gasket. So for 3 grand u can bring ur vehicle here to receive it back in worse condition. I’d also like to add that the mechanic made sure he emptied all of my radiator fluid when I picked it up. Guess they wanted to see it blow up faster. Don’t bring ur vehicles here they are scam artists.
