This is place is clutch.. I MADE IT HOME TO NORTH CAROLINA.. The owner was real cool.. I was coming from up North and Walmart didnt have any tires in inventory to fit my car. Called them up, got directions from google.. took me 30min to get there on a donut.. When I pulled up, I got guided in. And like a Nascar Pit Crew, they was already on my car ready to work. Jacks slide under, raised the car. Bolt/lug nuts remover was on. All I heard was zip, zip, zipp, zip and my tired was off.. got the rim off.. 50 for used, 100 for New tires. I just needed 1, but it was so Fast and efficient I said, let me get 2 new. They earned that $200, took them 15-20min to put on 2 brand new tires. And thats with me asking questions and talking to the owner, and talking to the crew. Thats fast , and I was back on the road before DARK. LOVE FROM NORTH CAROLINA. MIL GRACIAS

Got 4 tires from Sam for my RAV4 for $200 and I couldn’t be happier. I was riding ROUGH for the past few months and these tires feel so good. The owner is awesome, the technicians are sweet as pie, and the cats are adorable. Side note, you can see how much Sam cares for the garage cats, which is a great sign regarding to care for people. 10 stars ⭐️

We had been going there for awhile to get plugs for our tires. But come to find out, they’ve been over tightening the bolts and one of the wheel studs snapped off when we went to rotate the tires. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great prices if you haggle a little bit. Sam is a cool dude and you can do that with him. For $120 and some change I easily got four tires worth $250. Services is quick, it's always an in and out the door experience. Say hi to the cats in the office. Great job guys!

The worst service ever. Waited for almost over 45 minutes, as they serviced other customers not of color, and we are the ones mainly supporting this business. I usually go to Emeralds but they were closed. Never again will I come here.

"Very bad experience. My car needed a wheel sensor. The owner does not supervise his workers and uses unqualified staff. They installed the sensors incorrectly, and the warning light never disappeared. When I returned, he refused responsibility, shouted at me, and told me to go somewhere else. Another shop confirmed the sensor was not connected at all. I lost money ($82.40) and the sensor was damaged. When I asked for a refund, he yelled and told me to call the police. I am writing this to warn others."

Ever since I got new tires installed, I’ve been hearing a loud metal scraping or roaring sound from the right front wheel when I’m coasting and braking. It’s not light anymore and it’s been getting louder. I’m concerned something is rubbing or loose. It was my first time going, never going back, seems like they don’t know what the hell they are doing.

We got a fine price for the tires. However, a child that probably wasnt even in middle school yet was manning the phones the entire time we were waiting for maintenance to be done and it has been only a week since getting our tires replaced and one is already flat. This stands out to me especially too because we were gone for 4 days this week so we haven't even been driving it the whole time. I don't recommend, especially when there are other tire shops close by with similar pricing.

I went to Sam's New & Used Tires to replace 3 tires. I was told I needed the tires when I took the car to Goodyear for an oil change and they did the free point inspection. We'll, it turned out that I only needed one tire. After I explained to the workers, and took Goodyear's advice, I was lied to. The men at Sam's checked all of my tires and I only needed one. It's a shame how businesses try to cheat you out of your money because they want you to come back. If I hadn't mentioned buying a set of tires when I first arrived at Goodyear, I might not have had this problem. I will never go back to Goodyear because before I went to Sam's, I thought I needed front brakes. I called Goodyear to find out how much it would cost me. The man told me "on discount, it would be $414". I didn't have to pay that much for brakes on the truck. As for Sam's, I will always go back to them. They took all of my tires off, looked at the treading, and put them on the machine to find the rim I was told was bent. I had the new rim with me. Yes,they found and replaced the rim. For everyone who go to big businesses for tires, I think the mistake is the names of the businesses. It was another tire place like Sam's that told me the rim was bent, and it was. I'm grateful to the workers at Sam's who was honest with me instead of cheating me out of my money for 2 tires I didn't need. I'm also thankful that they went above and beyond to find the bent rim. Sam's New & Used Tires has excellent business because of the honesty and employees. You don't have to go to big businesses to get excellent service. I recommend Sam's New & Used Tires.

Super fast service they replaced all four of my tires within 5 to 10 minutes of me arriving. My tires needed to be balanced and they said come right back and we'll do it for free and got back and they did it immediately. There are honest, real, not salesman. Prioritizing what matters and leaving all the bull behind. And they take care of many local cats as well 🥰

Can’t say enough good things about them. Saved a ton of money over buying brand new tires from the dealership. Customer service was great. The employees were really nice. Very fast and efficient. I’m happy with the quality of the tires. They also have six cats.
