I had a appointment from over a month ago. That I was told the day before wouldn't be happening and was only notified of this because I came to drop my vehicle off.I'm having a hard time understanding how I was never notified. This was gonna be a big present going into the new year. And simple communication ruined that . I've also gone in for a tire quote and left empty handed due to then being unable to find my profile or vehicle. Overall just not a good experience recently with va cars and I've gotten numerous work in the past.

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a poor experience the first time I used this place but gave them a second chance and had an even worse one. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH A MINI COOPER. They do not understand the engine or the electronics. After their assurance that they know Mini's I went for a routine oil change and inspection. 5 HOURS LATER after being told it would take 1.5 hours (seriously!!!!) and telling me all the other things they thought were necessary maintenance I left with the 'brake' error on my dash that they said was 'fine' but couldn't fix. Seriously??!?! This place is crap. I would trust jiffy lube to do a better job and a thousand times faster. My fault for having a mini and not taking it to the dealership. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MINI to this 'repair' shop.
