Employees can't be trusted. Took car in to have converter change . I told the owner to leave old convert in the car inwhich he did. Nerver taking the converter out the back floor of the car, i took the car back in for another repair. When went to pick car up I noticed the converter was gone. I questioned the owner about the convert and he said the machanics knew nothing of the converter. I explained to the owner the converter was there when I bought the car back in for repairs. Nothing was ever done compensate me for my lose. I will never take my car back to them again. If you are going to take your car there, I advise you make sure you remove anything of value. The emplyees are dishonest and the owner does not take resposability for emploees actions.

I took my work van out there for head gasket repair/replace and they said they could do it with some sour of cost for the Service and I agree on it .3-4 weeks later after I call them 100 time to see if the truck was ready they said that the truck finally was ready. One day later the van didn’t work I called them again and they took it back to the workshop for another 3-4 weeks after I was pushing them for long time they said that the truck was ready again. I drove it for 20 mile and the truck did the same thing. Please do not take you vehicles out there They are not professional I won’t recommend them at all

I do not recommend this place; the owners are scammers who run inaccurate diagnostic and try to rip off their customers!!! I arrived on Saturday with an issue - the air conditioner was not working properly. They ran the diagnostics and informed me that the compressor of the air conditioner needed to be replaced. They told me it will cost $700 to fix. I declined their services (after paying $45 for diagnostics) and went to another service center, where they told me that the compressor didn't need to be replaced; all they did was pump out my refrigerant and the a/c is working with no issue . Avoid this place at any cost!!!

Before yall read this.. please!!! understand I am very picky about who works on my vehicles or wife’s as most of you are I assume. But man Javin Auto. has proved to me that there’s honest and great mechanic's. he has worked on 2 of my cars a 2017 Infiniti qx80. which he did oil change spark plugs (I called infinity and they said 700 something just to change em) he also replaced my cables brakes, rotors. And I never pay over. 1k! The 2005 Hyundai sonata. He replaced my water pump and driver control arm and I’m always please with the price and timing. I like to tell people about honest good mechanics and Javing auto repair is the spot for your car troubles. Check em out for yourself.

Worst experience I ever had getting a wheel alignment! Brought my car to them twice and never got in properly aligned! Instead of just offering a refund they wanted to keep trying to play with my car. I honestly don’t know how you can’t align a car using a machine!

My son took his vehicle there about 2 months ago, if not 3, and still doesn't have it back. Because of the shop and the auto insurance of the person that hit his truck, he is getting the run around. The insurance company want to know what they are paying $7,000 for and the auto shop won't send them an invoice to explain why they are charging so much money. To my knowledge, they had to fix lights and a bumper. They never told my son it would cost that much. If they had, he would've NEVER let them touch it! They will be reported to the BBB!!! This is ridiculous!!! 😡

I came here after getting bad service and dishonesty from another shop and I’m glad I did! They were up front with the price to get everything I needed done and also told me what the previous shop diagnosed my car with was very inaccurate and that saved me several thousand dollars. They did a tune up two years ago , the first one after having my car for 5 years , he change a water pump but my car came out hassled he suggest a tune up , I bought all the sparks and coils he says all good , but the car still No right , he JAVIN says oh I only changed 3 sparks 😡I gave him 6! Took my car back , no problems, 2 years after the engine light came up I had 2 diagnosis both need a tune up 😡😡😡 come to to be HE NEVER CHANGE THE SPARKS PLUGS ! WHO know is he did the coil 😡 I just took the sparks out ,and all 6 are original manufacture FORD , I FEEL ROBBED 😡😡😡😡😡! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS MECHANIC SHOP , WILL RIPP YOU OFF , CANT BE TRUSTED 😡😡😡

I took my 03 Dodge RAM here after being turned away from the “Name-brand dealerships” because I had little body damage on it. These good businessmen did the wheel alignment, and a brake bleed I requested. Also inspected my truck, told me what else I needed to repair and I went on my way with a fair price. My truck drives great on the road with no issues. Will recommend to anyone, the do good business and work here no doubt.
