WHAT A PLACE! I love Saab Tech! The knowledge that Pete Millar has is above reproach!!!! Flawless execution! HE actually cares for What Saabs mean to his customers! REALLY IT IS TRUE!!!! I can not thank him enough for the work done on my Saab! It is one of about 2000 Viggens brought into the USA in the year 2000, he took perfect care of it while waiting for the parts to come to his shop! With out asking,he decide to put my car under cover! That is going above and beyond for his customer. He gave me a run down on what was wrong with the vehicle.Gave me a VERY VERY competitive price! When the car was finished is was PERFECT! How many times when you get your car repaired do you.... get invited into the shop to look at the parts that were broken ,get a full explanation of how (possibly) the got broken... plus meet the technician who worked on your car (Thanks,Joe)? receive a list of the work done as well and a guarantee of work done?!?! Remember this is a relatively small independent shop! This kind of customer service is what ALL of the dealership wish they could do on a continuos basis! My girlfriend car Saab 93 was having issue with 1st & 2nd gear and really bad hesitation. I took the car to two different shops. The first place said they did not feel comfortable working on the car and could not fix. Took it to second shop guy said he thinks he knows what the problem was but not 100% sure if he could fix both place advise me to take the car to the Saab dealer. Took the car to Pete one week later cars was fix and did not have to pay a arm & leg.

Pete is very honest and reliable. He knows saabs in and out and will use his extensive connection of used/new part vendors to save you money :) I wouldn't take a saab anywhere else. When I lost my last set of keys to an 02 93 he was very helpful in getting the problem resolved. Highly recommended.

Pete saved the day once again! We love our Saabs and Pete has kept them running longer than any of us would have thought possible. Our son's 2002 9.3 started making a funny noise while he was away at college. A recommended mechanic in Blacksburg said that we "didn't want to know" how much it was going to cost to get it fixed. We got it back to Pete and he fixed for less than a monthly payment on a new car. Pete is knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. We kissed a lot of frogs before we found SaabTech. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

Pete at Saabtech has helped our son who is a VCU student several times in the past year. He is incredibly kind and pleasant to work with, he works to help find the most affordable way to make repairs and does them in a very timely manner. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Saabtech and the owner/operater, Pete. He does the best work at the lowest price. It's no wonder that his shop is always busy. He always explains everything to you so that you understand what's going on with your car. He's even picked me up and taken me to the shop to get my car once it was repaired. This guy is amazing. If you own a Saab, take it to Pete.

If you own a Saab and are within 100 miles of this place you should service it here. Pete is accommodating and kind and goes far above and beyond your average repairman. He understands Saab like it's a part of him and always helps his customers. Once, I broke down out of state and he still found time to answer my phone call and help me find out what was wrong with my car. 10/5 stars, Pete is the savior of Saab.
