Excellent price, quality and location to have your car serviced. I used Tasos and Mike's mobile service during the pandemic to repair breaks, engine mounts, roters, and all the warranty services for my cars. Now, with their physical multi-bay garage I can get wheel alignments, re-treading, inspections, and all the other warranty services for my two Volvoes for 2/3 less than the cost at the dealership. Absolutely you should try them out!

Had a flat tire that needed to be patched. They were down the road. Owner was on his way to an appointment but stopped what he was doing to help me. Fixed quick and very professional. Very clean shop also.

Mike and Anastasios are a great team. They went the extra mile educating me on ways to keep my vehicles in top running order and are honest and fair which is hard to find today when seeking out great auto technicians. Keep it going. π― long term customer.

Took my car to the dealership, where the service team indicated I would need to replace both rear wheel bearings and a front axle. Called around for some quotes, and Anastasios gave me both a quote with aftermarket and Subaru parts. I was going to go with OE, but price ended up being 3.5x with this! Turned out the wrong axle was diagnosed at the dealership, but the guys at Atlas explained this and replaced the second axle at a heavily discounted rate. Car is running great, and overall paid half of what I would have paid at the dealership. Would highly recommend the guys for honest, quick, and affordable work. Great guys to boot! Love supporting a very solid local business, and will definitely be back for any further car needs.

The guys at Atlas Auto Works are the best. They did work for me when they were mobile mechanics and continue to be my go-to for auto service at their awesome new shop! The teamwork and efficiency they show only comes with years of experience. They always explain the situation clearly and present options with the information I need to choose the right path for me. I recommend them to my friends with no hesitation!

Great experience working with these guys! I don't know anything about cars but they spoke to me in terms I could easily understand. Turn around time was better than expected. I would definitely come back to see them when needed . Easily the best experience I've ever had in dealing with car maintenance shops.

Brought my car here for battery issue. Another place in the city charged me for a battery/starter and the problem persisted. Atlas tightened my battery terminals free of charge, fixing the actual issue. When I bring my car somewhere I'm always worried I'm going to be ripped off. These people are legit. Will take my car here from now on 100%.

Wow. These guys are great. I live about 7 mins away & I finally found a car shop that is fair & fast. Mike took care of me & all 3 guys I dealt with were really nice. I had the car inspected, oil changed, & both front ball joints replaced. I made the appointment & they finished all of it in a little more than an hour. And the prices were right. It's where I will take my car from now on. They are my 'neighborhood' shop now. Leete was who I used in the past but they were almost rude & not very accommodating. They were more interested in their fleet service accounts. I'm SO glad I found Atlas. Thanks guys! Oh!! And they fixed the dented dimple on my front bumper... free of charge without my saying anything about it! WOW!

I had a great experience with Atlas Auto Works. I needed some work done for my car and previously have used the dealership, but wanted to try an independent mechanic due to multiple unfavorable experiences with the dealership. I don't know much about cars and I am always a little nervous when it comes to finding a trustworthy mechanic. The guys at Atlas Auto Works were fantastic. They were friendly and polite with good communication throughout the service. They made sure I understood what my car needed and why, as well as providing a detailed and accurate cost estimate so I could make informed decisions. They completed the work in a timely manner and my car is doing great. I will definitely be back next time I need work!

I had a great experience with this auto shop! They took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car and why each repair was necessary, which really helped me feel informed and confident about the work being done. Honest, straightforward, and reliable-Iβll definitely be coming back here for any future car needs :)

Second time going to this place. The first time I went in for an oil change and alignment. Went well, customer service was great. Everyone very polite and kind. Just recently, Tuesday, I took my car in because I hit a pothole and the right side of my car was just off. I worked with Steve to get everything started. He is very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Turns out it was my struts. They got my car fixed within three days. Iβm so grateful. I checked out and made my payment through Brian. Polite and kind guy. Overall very pleasant experience and would recommend them to everyone. If you have a car issue they will take care of the problem while providing excellent customer service.

Took my car to Atlas to have catalytic converter replaced. Atlas fixed my car in 1 day for a fraction of the dealership's quoted price. $4,000.00 cheaper to be exact. The service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend this shop!

I canβt recommend this place enough! As a woman, itβs hard finding a car shop where I feel respected. They do amazing, honest work. Theyβve run diagnostics on my car a couple of times and couldnβt find anything so they didnβt charge me. They donβt rip people off. Also, theyβre having a pop up manicure event on Black Friday which is so cute!

My pregnant wife and I had our car towed here after our alternator had failed on the highway without calling ahead, as by the time our car broke down, all shops were closed. We are not from the area and live about 5 hours away in New Jersey, and were driving home from our vacation, so we were stuck and stranded in Richmond until the car was taken care of. We had left a note, voicemail, and called as soon as they opened up to discuss if they would be able to get the job done. Initially, they mentioned they would not be able to do it, and we were trying to figure out what shop would be able to do this and get towed there. Luckily, Atlas was able to complete the job and get us back on the road. However, we were completely taken advantage of in our time of need. From start to end, the job took 2 hours (9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.). We were charged for 5.2 hours of work at $150 an hour, including a diagnostic fee. This is close to $500 of fees for nothing. When asked to waive the diagnostic fee as we did the work with Atlas, we were denied as it was βpart of the workβ. I have NEVER paid a diagnostic fee when doing work at the same shop who found the issue. As a previous manager of an auto shop, we would ALWAYS waive this fee for customers, and every other mechanic my family and I have ever been to, have waived this when doing work at the same shop. At the end, we ended up paying the $157.16 diagnostic fee and $1,152.45 to replace our alternator. What an outrageous price! This is completely unethical and disappointing to strong-arm a stranded couple. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off.

I've taken my car here twice for inspections. The first time they found play in a bearing, replaced the bearing and saved me from having a failure while driving. The second time I was in and out in 30 minutes. Good location and honest work. Hard to beat that. My only gripe is the Kyle Busch interstate batteries Camry they have on the wall in the waiting room π
