Called the shop to see if they could assist me the guy told me he was 10 miles away and it would take 20 mins to get to me mind you they charge from the time they leave the shop , I looked up the address he was only 1.7 miles from me … yhis guy will try and get over on truckers BEWARE !!

I reached out to them to get a belt repaired on my truck. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and told me it would cost $700 because they were tired. Do yourself a favor and stay away from them.

Needed roadside cause air pressure won’t building up, told me 450 is the minimum and when he got here charged me 600 for no work done. Definitely a rip off. STAY AWAY. He also called me a hood rat, very racist.

Shoutout for these guys. I called Saturday with a RV problem, engine threw code water in fuel separator and air in fuel line. The guy who answered said they were backed up so he told me what to do to resolve it. If I couldn’t they would respond but it would be later. Pretty awesome to help me out for free.

Stay Away!!!! They’ve told me that, they could get to me in couples hrs. Once, couple hrs hits, still no show… so I’ve kept calling back to back to get an update to see what was going on.. as a business man, the owner should called the driver/dispatch to keep them updated but instead, I had to call him to check the status. The owner kept telling me, he doesn’t know where the mechanics are at.. he proceeded to come up with different excuses on why the driver has not arrived. Waited over 8hrs for nothing. The owner is very unprofessional!! Businesses like this is what gives bad taste in the trucking industry. Word of advice, give your time and money to businesses who genuinely care about the drivers!

SCAMMERS! They have sister company in Petersburg, VA called 24hr Amigos Commercial Truck & Tire Repair. They are scammers, they were doing things on their own without telling us what they are doing even if we requested for estimate more than 5 times. Avoid this shop!
