The absolute worst car repair shop I have ever dealt with! They "claimed" they fixed my car (1998 Volvo S70) and two days later it broke down with the same issue. They had my car two weeks before they even diagnosed it and then charged me $577.00 for crank shaft sensor, oil change, spark plugs and thermostat. The only professionals in the place are the office ladies. The rest can kick rocks! I'm not finished with them. I am having a PROFESSIONAL shop check my car out and have it fixed. BFI is what MCA Auto Repair is!

I wanted to find a place close to home, so I gave them a try for an oil change. The Good: the man that greeted me was very nice, and the oil put in was clean. They didn't say what kind it was. The bad: I'm not sure what else was checked, there was no check list. The big black oily mechanic's foot print on my nice quality floor mat made me mad. The cost of the oil change was $65.00, and I waited over an hour and half. Now I have to clean that mat somehow. I won't be back.

MCA Auto Repair or Tonyâs whatever. Went in for the rattling from bad catalytic converter, A/C blowing hot air, and vibrating in wheel. Got a call the same day of dropping it off quoting a price of $1400 after âdiagnosticsâ and would need it for two days. Catalytic converter, two front axels, front brake pads, A/C recharge, and two front tires. Thought about it for a minute and said; ok do the work, I shouldnât have to worry about anything for a while. Two days pass, and he says heâs waiting on parts to arrive. Itâs Friday! Theyâre not open on weekendsđ±. All the while, I had to get back and forth to work, so Iâm Ubering which is costing at least $65 a day to and from. Ended up renting a car, thinking it would be just for the weekend; take it back Monday, and pick up my car. Monday comes, I go to pick up, and he says âBrother you got the money?â shows me whatever work they did, turns on the A/C and itâs still blowing hot! I couldnât believe it! Itâs a Buick, not a complicated car for most mechanics. Iâm really frustrated now. Glad I hadnât taken the rental back yet. âIt needs an actuatorâ âIâll fix it for $100-$150â. Whatever. Itâs hot outside just make it work ASAP! Finally picked the car up Wednesday after a whole week âthatâll be $1600â. Air worked for two days. Now car drives worse than before, despite all that needed to be done, and was done. It sounds like a truck now. Could barely tell it was running at first. Still vibrating at highway speeds and check tire pressure light keeps coming on. Air compressor was not making a loud noise. AC blows cool but canât accelerate with it running. Canât even run the defroster without losing power. âOh itâs the age of the vehicle it has a coolant leak, needs more work. â! Well you wonât be doing it We not going to play that game. My car wasnât doing none of that at before this visit. I find it mighty strange all of a sudden everything is wrong now. Might be cool for oil changes or routine maintenance other than that go to a reputable shop or someone that specializes in certain areas stay away if you need any type of major repair. Was referred by a friend but should have some some research and read the reviews
