Car in great condition.Went in for inspection. Came out with a leaking pump and driver seat inoperative after they pulled the seat up to the max. So my seat worked when they got it. Then the seat motor stopped working. I don't trust what happened. They said they are not responsible. Never again. So come to find out that this business lies. They failed my inspection because of what they said was a leaking power steering pump. Sent a picture of a pump with fluid all over the top. My car doesn't have traditional power steering pump. It has EPAS. Which is an electrical steering system. Anything to get money

Being a female and having to take my car to a shop without really knowing a whole lot about cars, I was very picky about where to go. I went in for an oil change at the advice from a family member who goes here. Says they are honest, won't rope u into anything unnecessary and they have integrity. Nestor, at the front desk, was very pleasant and accommodating and met Christian who welcomed me as a first time customer. I was in and out and the pricing was good. I received several services including additional services to get car inspected, at the same time but the electrical headlight bulb install I was unhappy with, the bulb I paid a lot for which was hard to find it blew when it was installed so I’m at a loss of an expensive bulb, the issue not resolved and I couldn’t get my car inspected because of that issue. My car has a rejected sticker placed after I paid quite a bit at this shop on repairs and the bulb was damaged, no refund offered for this bulb being damaged. Because of this I can’t see myself returning back in the future unless there is some type of reimbursement or replacement of the damaged bulb. 2/13/26 updating my earlier posts because Hilliard did step up and took care of my headlight issue replacing/finding and repairing the issue and passed my inspection which I was very satisfied about. Because of this I will return to them for additional service in the future. The customer service was great too, very polite over the phone.

Honestly I don't remember one occasion that I had any problem here for the past 18 to 19 years I have come here for my car repairs. Honest pricing and diagnosis. They would not try to sell an engine if you need a rear end repair. Today it was sort of quiet but my concentration was constantly interrupted by customers coming in out which it didn't bother me before and then I realized the TV was quiet and displaying the company logo. Sure missed that TV.
