Their tow truck service tech was phenomenal! My Ford Explorer has been parked and idle since COVID-19 struck in March. I called Mike’s auto center who gave me the number for their tow truck technician. He arrived at my location in less than 20 minutes and jumpstarted my truck. He was quite professional and KIND. I had just gotten my rear tire re-inflated less than 2 hours before but it had gone flat again. He did not leave this old lady stranded though! He removed the old tire and put on my spare! Thank you again for rescuing me and my old truck on such a hot summer day!

Performing unapproved repairs!! Terrible customer service! My father has used Mike for years and I needed to have something done to my vehicle and since my father has used him before I trusted they would be professional and trustworthy with me. I was quoted “about” 247.00 on the phone a couple days prior bringing my car in and when it was all finished the bill was 414.27! What in the world! I had budgeted for 247.00 maybe a little more but definitely NOT 414.27!! I never received a call saying it was going to be more. A lot more!! I got a call saying my car was done and there was an extra part that needed to be put on. Sarah the receptionist couldn’t remember what she’d quoted me. I told her you quoted me 247.00! Anyway, the proper way to have handled this type of thing would have been to call and let me know I would have to pay more for an extra part!! Eliminating any surprises. I would have taken it a place in Dewitt. I don’t know any automotive business that wouldn’t call to update you on the services being performed and that would just go ahead and perform unapproved repairs. Price wise I offered to meet in the middle and got turned down. I will NEVER recommend or give them my business again.

My car died and needed a jump start. Rocky was timely, professional, and friendly. I was worried, since I had a new battery, that it may be the alternator and therefore was worried about breaking down on the side of the road heading to the dealership. Rocky was super kind and followed me to ensure I arrived safely. If you need fast, reliable, and friendly towing or roadside assistance, Mike's is the place to keep on speed dial!!!

I've gone numerous times to Mike's to get my car inspected. It's so refreshing to know that they're looking out for us by finding issues with our cars, even if they don't actually exist. I wouldn't trust these guys to inspect a Hot Wheels car, let alone my own vehicle. Because of this, I don't go there anymore for car inspections. With that said, I totally get that they have to make a living running their business. Mike and his daughter are great folks, but sometimes it seems like their car inspections are solely focused on reaching into our pockets, rather than ensuring our safety on the road.

Finials I found a honest repair shop! They do good work at a very reasonable price. Had a blower motor replaced on my Mazda for $200 cheaper than the dealer! $200! Highly recommend them and will be telling everyone I know!
