My daughter kept telling me about the wonderful service here, so today I learned how great they are! I shared with them what another shop had told me I needed and the price. Not only did they make a needed repair, they checked my entire car over and found my battery terminals were overlooked and needed maintenance. I was shocked at the value provided, the friendly service and a loaner car so I could go home and check my puppy! I will only take my cars here from now on! I highly recommend Ms TMZ!

I can't thank this company enough! I called for a diagnostic on my car that was making a thumping noise on the driver's left front wheel. From the start, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. Turns out, Discount Tire hadn’t torqued the wheel all the way, and that was causing the issue. They only charged me half of the diagnostic fee. Discount Tire ended up paying the fee they charged. What really impressed me is that I brought my car in on a Saturday, with only two hours left until closing time, and they still managed to fit me in and take care of everything. The level of customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend this company for their honesty, professionalism, and care!

I first came to TMZ for a simple state inspection. Since then, 2 years ago, I’ve come back for everything and anything my vehicles need. Not only do they perform great work for honest prices, they go above and beyond for their customers!!! You know their names and they know yours. You’ll leave feeling confident about your vehicle and well taken care of. I can’t recommend them more. The picture attached shows they’re also funny and tell great stories while you wait.

The only mechanic shop I’ve ever been to where I can use words like integrity and honesty to describe it. This is a family owned business where you can drop your vehicle off, come pick it up after the repair and have absolutely no doubt that the repair was completed perfectly and you did not overpay by a penny. Mr Bill and his team are the definition of professionalism the way they diagnose issues and clearly explain how they plan to fix them. Highly recommend!

I’m someone who is eternally loyal to honest hard working people, & if I find a mechanic I can trust I will never leave! Was recommended to try this shop after having some communication challenges elsewhere and am really happy I did. Bill and his team are wonderful. I’m sorry to forget the stellar staff person’s name but she was patient, efficient & very funny :)) Bill came out to explain what they had done, which included declining to do the rear break job I originally went in for because he said it wasn’t needed yet. They also checked a random AC drainage leak to find the cause and fix it. I greatly appreciated his candor, forthrightness & willingness to listen to my story, all the while making it very clear that he runs an honest operation and would not compromise integrity, do services not needed, or overcharge for those done. Also to note! I waited for my car, and everyone who came in during the time I was there was treated with respect and kindness (did I mention humor?) Awesome shop. Thank you.

Tucked away behind Valvoline and Burger King off of Midlo Turnpike, TMZ can easily be overlooked. My son needed repairs on short notice and by a specific time before leaving town at Thanksgiving time. He was very pleased and felt safe in having his car worked on here. The friendly welcome and personal attention given by the owner was unusual experience for this Philly homeboy. The communications were great and work performed was expertly done.

This auto repair shop is a little different… the number 1 priority here is simply EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been going here for a few years now for everything from major to minor auto repair, the owner (Bill) his sons, and his awesome crew ALWAYS DELIVER A GREAT SERVICE! EXCELLENT, Car repair knowledge that will always come with thorough explanation of what needs to be done and why. Oh and the prices you CANNOT BEAT!!!! Petty, inconsistent, and a complete waste of time. This place should seriously reconsider offering inspections if they don’t actually want to complete them. I brought my car to Ms. TMZ Complete Auto Center for a routine inspection. Bill, the mechanic, called and said the left wiper blade didn’t pass. No problem — I replaced it immediately. It cost me $7.99 at Costco, and the blades were in perfect condition: intact, functional, and clearly safe. Bill said he re-inspected the car, but instead of completing the inspection, he lectured me that I should have replaced both blades, even though he had told me only the left one failed. When I pointed out that the passenger blade wasn’t available in the size he claimed, he argued it was “15 inches” — despite both my manual and Costco listing the sizes as 26-inch driver, 14-inch passenger. Then he told me to take my car somewhere else, saying he wasn’t going to inspect the same car three times. If something this small sets him off, I can’t imagine how he’d handle a real problem. I mention the price because it’s obvious that if I had let them replace it, it would have cost a lot more. The moment I fixed it myself, the goalposts moved. To make matters worse, this same shop passed my truck in October with much older wiper blades. So apparently older blades were fine then, but now newer ones are suddenly a problem? The standards change depending on the situation — or the mood of the mechanic. If a shop doesn’t want to complete inspections, don’t offer them. Turning a simple process into a power struggle over something already fixed is petty, inconsistent, and unprofessional. An inspection shouldn’t feel like a negotiation or a punishment for not buying parts from the shop. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually wants to do the job they advertise.
