I’ll admit when i first got here i was bummed because my windshield wasn’t here and my appointment was set for the Overland Park area and i to drive way from north Kansas City but it wasn’t their fault at ALL they apologized so many times and their customer service was outstanding and they definitely made it RIGHT! had me back in the next darn day and service was completed under a HOUR way better than satellite wayy cheaper than satellite I’m more stuck on how good the customer service was honestly they will forever get my business worth the drive! Definitely will recommend to family and friends.

I'm not happy with the work at all because your technicians messed up my car and then, called the police to keep me out of their store, because I tried to find out why the job I paid for was not properly. I paid this company to replace and recalibrate my wind screen. They replaced the wind screen but could not figure out how to do the recalibration, yet they still charged for the recalibration they couldn't do. This resulted in multiple sensor lights popping up on my dash board. They have absolutely no customer service skills. They are unfair, unethical, unprofessional and were very disrespectful to me. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use this company.

Called and scheduled two vehicles for windshield replacement. Asked if I could drop off the day before and they said yes. On the day of the drop off I called to confirm and closing time. I was told it was fine before 5pm. Drove across town to a shop that was closed early and after calling to figure out what to do was told they don't accept drop off. 3 phone calls 3 confirmations for a waist of time.

I had a small chip in my windshield. I tried to do cost comparisons with others shops but without knowing the size of the chip, it was hard to know if the quotes were accurate. I chose Auto Glass Now because it was the lowest quoted cost I could find. They were AWESOME. They were friendly and communicative. I got to the shop early and they started right away. I thought the process would take a few hours. They had me in, paid, and out in under an hour! On top of that, the repair cost was $55 less than the quote! Obviously the time and cost will depend on your windshield repair but I was so impressed with how quickly they completed the work. The final cost being lower was *chef's kiss*. I wanted to write a review because how often do you go in to get a car repair and it's quick and cost effective?! Really appreciated the service I received here. Thank you so much!

Staff was very nice, in and out rather quickly with early a.m. appt. I gave 4 starts out of 5 because my dashboard was left with debris all over and my steering column as well. Would have been nice if they'd have vacuumed up their mess. All in all really good service, they just need have a small rechargeable vac that they can quickly clean up before turning the car back over the owner.
