If you're taking your car into this place, beware. I took mine in for a simple oil change and they ended up charging me twice the cost of the oil change for a bunch of replacement parts that I didn't need, or ask for. I would highly not recommend Auto-metrics.

I went in for an oil change. Be aware that they're really expensive here. I ended up paying a little over $100 for an oil change, not counting the only other labor/part (a filter change that made it ~$150). The last time I got an oil change (another place) it was around $45...

I made an appointment for a 30,000 mile servicing and was charged $200 for an oil change which I had just gotten from another shop! No refund, just an apology. Never going back!

Friendly service, very responsive and super fast turn around time on the repair. If you drive a hybrid vehicle I recommend this shop. It's right off the rail road tracks, and small, but a good mechanic. I'll be a return customer.

I brought my truck in to fix the air conditioner. I had been told by other shops that the compressor was, most likely, damaged and it would be an expensive fix. These guys could have charged me for an entire compressor and I wouldn't have questioned it. Instead, they found the real problem, which turned out to be a small coolant leak and low coolant. The fix was WAY cheaper than I had anticipated. That is honesty you don't see from most places. I appreciate that so much.

My brakes went out, like, all gone, about a month ago while stopping in Chico on my way to Oregon. I surprised Daniel and Matthew by pulling into their back driveway, as that was all I could do to avoid dying! They greeted me and immediately rushed to the rescue, after realizing the gravity of the situation. It was a Friday afternoon and they had us all fixed and ready to go before closing. They went above and beyond to help me and my friends out in a very scary situation. They were friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and gained our trust quickly. They saved the day, and probably our lives!! Thank you to both Daniel and Matthew for helping some strangers out, and then some.

I have been taking my car there for the past 4 years and they have always been amazing and super quick. 5 stars, until owner ship changed in the past year. I showed up right at 8 AM yesterday for the second time this week and I was quoted about 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tranny fluid change. And made it clear, this is my only car and I'd rather wait because I had to pick my son up from school yesterday at 2PM. Long story short i could tell they didnt want me waiting at the shop. so they dropped me off at home around 8:30AM. After no call until 1:40PM with the guy telling me someones already on there way to pick me up and, bring me back to the shop to pick up the car (already had it paid for). After my wife just took the bike to pick up my son from school and Im home with my daughter sick an no way to leave until my wife and son get home. His excuse for a 6 hour oil/tranny fluid change was they ran out of Tranny fluid half way through..? After I had to reschedule because he double booked earliery this week.... I'm sorry but If you own a pizza place you would make sure you have enough sauce and cheese for the amount of pizza you would make the next day right??.especially if tou told that customer to come back 2 days later. Also when a customer calls you out on not being transparent with what's been going on and why it took so long. Saying "we are going to have a little talk" and it not working, then walking away saying everyone always has something to say.... Well if everyone always has something to say.... maybe those people are right and you should take those things into consideration. Like staying in contact with your customers especially if your going to be going over by almost 4 hours, might want to let people know whats going on with their car!!! Sucks a good shop has gone to shit!
