Hands down the most crooked mechanic in the universe, I will never ever come back here, 2800 bucks down the tube an still didn't fix the problem, i took my car to another state and it was a $50 exhaust O2 sensor and it now runs great, he should have criminal charges brought upon him and his entire crew, avoid this place like the plague

He has had our truck since 11/01/2021. Communication is nil. Promises made, not kept. Our truck is now behind a locked gate with no access to it. Tim is a liar and a cheat!

Terrible, Worst business I have ever experienced. LOOK UP THEIR BBB rating. It is an F. Better Business Bureau(BBB) has many complaints with customers saying they ended up in lawsuits. Stay Clear. I am currently filing a lawsuit. Story of this joke of a business is to long and painful to write. PLEASE stay away.

If i could choose less than one star i would. My boyfriend took his car in for a leak in his coolant system. While they were supposed to fix this they broke his fuel injectors, kept his car over a WEEK, and when he requested his car back to they charged him for the repair that they broke, and he took his car without actually being fixed for the repair that he initially took it in. Now he's out 300+ bucks because these guys are so incredibly incompetent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Youre better off somewhere else. ANYWHERE ELSE.

ZERO STARS IS MORE ACCURATE. I had a 2008 Ford F250 with an exhaust leak. The mechanic named "General" misdiagnosed the problem and changed the power steering pump and two other pulleys. $600 later they returned my truck without fixing the problem and with a vacuum leak. +++PLUS+++ I SUSTAINED RAT DAMAGE IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT, after they had it for 4 days. No one there will give me back any money or return my calls. They said the previous owner "Aaron" is in jail on drug charges and the new owner "Tim" hung up the phone on me repeatedly today. I am suing them in small claims court.

Don't do it. Just don't. Trust me. Car sat for two weeks with promises of completion tomorrow, over and over. Always tomorrow. Had to finally retrieve the car with a tow truck to take somewhere else. Maybe I was the unlucky one, but it will cost more now because it was in pieces.

Excellent! On trip from Seattle to Point Reyes, car broke. Sister in Chico had A-1 recommended to her, so I brought vehicle there. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, articulate. Quickly diagnosed problem and quoted me cost/time (reasonable, not cheap but regular rates) Had car done by promised time. Their office manager handled all the communication with my warranty people. Overall, as great an experience a repair in the middle of a road trip can be! Thanks for getting me back on the road.

Horrible service, false promises, and incompetent workers. While they promise a speedy repair and lower cost than competitors, they fall extremely short. They will damage your vehicle, not even repair the damage they caused, take an extremely long time to work on your vehicle, and will still up-charge you. Save yourself time and money, take your vehicle elsewhere.

I went here through recommendations of my family. I learned that they are under new ownership with new employees. Getting ready to move out of state. I needed a cooling problem fixed. They did it quickly and did a thorough job. While doing repairs they notice a serious oil leak and contacted me right away. Upon hearing this I gave the go ahead to fix it. I'm happy with the work and it came with a 12000 mile warranty or 1 year warranty which ever comes first. I recommend them to anyone having car issues.

Tim is the man! Stranded myself disassembling my struts and wasn't able to get them back together with my springs compressors. Showed up mid day with a shop full of vehicles and still made time to help get me out of a pinch and get my struts back together so I could get home at the end of the day. Good, honest mechanic, that still has morals and integrity which is hard to find these days. Will definitely keep them in mind of future work. Thank you Tim!
