Back in 2023, originally my Camry had damage to the front bumper and cracks on the front headlight. Careful when you sign!!! I signed to have the car "disassembled" and be given a estimate on repairs. They estimated repairs of $11,000, mind you I later got it repaired for $3,000. After I told them I did not want to go through with the repairs they gave me back my car completely disassembled and an estimate fee of $800, as far as the side doors being torn apart and my rear bumper as well down to the frame. Thankfully the people at "Chico color body and paint" took my car in pieces and repaired it for me. MIND you they informed me that many car parts were missing including my bumper and many parts from my side doors (obviously stolen by knockout collision). Yes I went back and asked for the parts and yes they denied it saying they probably got lost when I had my car towed.... seriously!!!! ALSO it took me 8 months!!! For the manager to return my GEICO insurance checks back to me since they have you give them your insurance checks before an "repairs" are made. I went in several times asking for my checks they said they couldn't cause it would be a booking nightmare!!! They said they required an insurance agent to come in person for those checks, my agent informed me that's illegal and those checks were written over in my name from the insurance company. Not until I went in person and yelled at the poor front desk girl, that stupid manager finally gave me my insurance checks after 8 months!!! 8 months with no car cause of these people. NOTE: Scammers who stole car parts from me. In the photos interior car doors were completely stripped to the bare bone with those parts missing. As well as my rear bumper being gone. EDIT: (after owner response) GEICO informed me and you as well no checks sent to them would be accepted as a reimbursement due to those checks being written to me in my name, simple fix of writing those checks back to me but no it was months of back and forth until I went in disgruntled and demanded those checks. And YES I got that damage fixed for roughly $3000 dollars, let me clarify $3000 in paid deductibles (picture provided as proof). And yes I pulled my car out of your shop, due to you giving me an estimate of $11,000 and GEICOS estimate was $4,399, I was not willing to pay that difference. These were bad business practices, I brought my car in on a Friday, I got the estimate Monday morning, I was informed you already ordered the parts (and at this point my checks were given to you as well), I was also informed my car was disassembled for the "estimate" and I was told you could not reassemble my car for safety reasons (drastically disassembled mind you). My options were to pay the $6000 difference and go through with the repairs, or pay the "estimate" fee on the disassembly and take my car back in pieces. I went with the second option, it was obvious entrapment to force my hand inorder to go through with the repairs, on a naive student with no real world experience. My mistakes were not taking a clear video of all the disassembled parts, (since you definitely kept several according to two of the top rated body shops in town collision pros and chico color body and paint whom both have a strong opinion of your malpractice and theft) and then my biggest mistake trusting this business. There are more honorable ways to run a business and make a living. Thank you.

Brought our car in for a dent from a cement parking lot pole that was not viewable from the drivers seat.They are holding my car until I pay the $2,400 over quote and over insurance payment tendered/allowed in following the written California insurance published allowable guidelines..They are threatening a mechanics lien which isn’t legal unless i approved the higher charges and they can’t They said they pretty much would lie I gave permission. To one of the guys. This is stressful and they do not care about their customers. If they do this to even a handful of customers weekly, it is very lucrative because they are dishonest and greedy. Hopefully, the oversight state department can fix this for me.

To start off — a massive thank you to Kareem, Josh and Sarah for their outstanding care with my vehicle. Start to finish, the team at Knockout Collision Repair made me feel secure and well informed about all my options for repairs as well as offering advice while insurance kicked their feet about the bill. The hope is that there will be no more accidents in the future, obviously. But in the event I ever need a helping hand I will be returning to do business with this team, without a shadow of a doubt. Not only did they repair the damages to my vehicle in a very timely manor, they also returned my vehicle in sparkling condition — inside and out. The team was kind, courteous and truly showed that they care about their customers.

the team at knockout was super helpful and kind in helping me figure out what I needed to do with my car. The damage was repairable, but more than what the car was worth unfortunately. Josh was super up front with me about rough ballpark estimates, and advised me against repairs considering the cost versus value. Sarah at the front desk helped me figure out how to scrap my car, and they were super lenient with when the car could be picked up because of difficulties with the holiday. I didn't directly meet the owner but he seems excellent and the same can be said for his employees. If I am ever in need of collision repair or body work, I will absolutely be coming to Knockout.

First off, my son recommended Knockout Collision Repair because he had a wonderful experience with them. So I dropped in there to get a quick estimate. I'd scraped the side of my car and wound up with a streak of paint on the side. I had no idea how bad the damage was. But knowing how expensive body work can be, I was pretty depressed. The woman in the office was delightful, friendly and supportive as she listened to my lament about "how could I have done this." She took information and then Kareem, the owner, came out to take a look. He said he needed to see what was under the streak. He got a rag and some kind of remover and rubbed the streak right off, accept for a wee spot where my car's paint had chipped. I was amazed and thrilled with the way the car looked. He could see issues where the scrape was and said if I wanted it to be perfect, it would be expensive. But he didn't push this old lady at all. When I left I was relieved that I didn't have to do anything. And I'm grateful to find an honest and kindly body shop. I'm also grateful my son recommended Knockout.

I was rear ended and I asked around and this was the place that was recommended the most! From start to finish the Staff here went above and beyond! They gave great advice and kindly and patiently answered all my questions. I thought it was truly exceptional that the Owner walked outside with the Receptionist and I to look at my old dusty Prius. He didn’t have to do that, and it’s not like he was being pushy or just trying to ‘make a sale’, on the contrary all my questions and concerns were answered with kindness and patience!

What a professional, classy business. First time using them. They replaced my side panel bumpers on my old 2003 Rav 4. Other shops just blew me off and said they could not get the parts anymore. Knockout said no problem and had them there in one day. Turn around was super swift so I had only a day and half of no car. Everyone there was friendly, knowledgeable and the waiting area had lots of free goodies. I even got my car washed, detailed and Shubert's chocolates upon pickup. How great is that! I will be returning most likely as I am a senior driver. (grin) A special shout out to the lovely lady, Erin, on front desk. Thank you for your kindness. I cannot recommend this place enough. My car is an old model that's usually very difficult to find parts for. The friendly person I spoke to on the phone assured me it was no problem at all (I was beginning to panic when no other auto place could help me), and they found the part within 24 hours. Everyone I interacted with at Knockout Collision was extremely friendly, and they communicated very well. My car was fixed extraordinarily fast, and my bill was literally hundreds less than I thought I'd have to pay when speaking with other auto shops. It's been about a month now, and their work has proven to be quality. I will seriously sing the praises of these folks all day. They're amazing and you won't regret trusting them with your vehicle.
