I first heard of Robert's Automotive when I was looking on the Bulletproof Diesel website and saw they were a preferred installer. After seeing all the positive reviews I decided to call and make an appointment for my 2006 F250 6.0. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process and what my options were. Unfortunately, I needed more work than just "bullet proofing", but Sean was upfront about costs and patiently walked me through everything they were doing. I cannot be happier with work performed by Robert's Automotive. All of the mechanics are extremely professional and courteous. My pickup runs great and gets better mileage than it ever has. Next time I need work done on my diesel I will definitely be going back to Robert's Automotive!

Sean and his team are great. After taking my truck to a different place and having a terrible experience, I called Sean and immediately knew I was in good hands. No fluff they assessed the issues that needed to be addressed and communicated with me the route we needed to take. Telling me that some parts I wanted to be replaced didn't need to be instead of just doing it and taking my $$. The honesty and communication when working with a mechanic is just as important as the guys behind the wrenches. Roberts Automotive will be the only shop that touches my old girl!

A friend recommended Trilogy and boy do I wish I had gone to them sooner! I was so impressed by Sean and his crew and the work they did on my truck. But mostly Sean's honesty and integrity was standout! He went the extra mile to get my truck in and out of there as soon as possible. It's hard to find a good mechanic that's trustworthy and readily available. Sean's secretarys were also very kind and helpful. I can't recommend Trilogy enough. Wonderful place to get your vehicle repaired. We took in our '06 GMC Diesel to have some work done. While there a small accident happened to the truck. The owner took care of all of the expenses to have some body work done. The total experience was fantastic. We even took our gas truck to be serviced there after all that. Will be bringing our trucks back for more when the time comes. Highly recommend! Great owner. Great customer service.

They recommended and installed a Mishimoto coolant filter in a Ford 6.0 diesel. When I changed the filter it was full of sand. Good job guys! Not you Ford, you suck. I can’t wait to see what the oil cooler looks like after all that junk in the cooling system.

I had a timing cover leak in my 2016 Ram Cummins. Sean knew exactly what to do and has done many of these repairs. He did it right, cab off, upgraded water pump, upgraded gaskets on the timing housing and oil pan. He installed a Banks Monster Ram to avoid the grid heater bolt issue ( at my own request) and was fully enthusiastic about how great my truck was going to be for me. He also did some repairs on my 7.3 Powerstroke. Sean has decades of experience and stands by his work. You won’t find a more honest diesel mechanic in my opinion (and he gives great advice when you need it!). The communication was great, and the work was timely, professional, and money well spent.
