Disappointing Experience at Pajouh Automotive I don’t typically leave reviews or complaints, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Pajouh Automotive and working with Brad, Dave, Javier and Nick, which was unfortunately far from acceptable. I visited the dealership on a Monday afternoon to purchase a new GMC Sierra that I had found online and priced using their finance calculator. However, once I arrived, it became clear that the numbers shown online were not reflective of the actual terms being offered — which felt misleading at best. As I attempted to negotiate a monthly payment that I felt comfortable with, I was met with a surprisingly unprofessional attitude from multiple staff members. The finance manager openly expressed frustration, saying things like, “I’m not writing up another quote, it’s getting late and time to go home,” and “Finally, I can leave, I was supposed to go home an hour and a half ago.” The salesperson added, “I guess I’ll be late for dinner tonight,” and the finance trainee chimed in with, “I’ll make this quick, I’ve got a basketball game I want to watch and I’m missing.” These remarks gave me the impression that my time and business were an inconvenience rather than a priority. Additionally, basic customer service was lacking — not even water or an extra chair was offered, despite having more than two people in our group. After finally reaching an agreement, I was excited to take delivery of my new truck — only to discover a flashing parking light as soon as I started it. When I brought it to their attention, I was told it was probably a fuse and to return to the service center the following morning. Three days later, I still did not have my vehicle. This raises serious questions about the dealership’s inspection process and whether vehicles are being properly checked for safety and functionality before being sold. I understand that car buying isn’t always a smooth process, but this experience was particularly frustrating and disappointing. Based on the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and questionable handling of vehicle readiness, I will not be returning to Pajouh Automotive and now understand why I’ve previously chosen to take my business elsewhere — even if it means traveling out of town.

After a lot of research we decided on Subaru Crosstreks as our primary company vehicle. When we decided to look locally, we were impressed by the team at Pajouh Courtesy Automotive. Everyone we worked with was great, from our salesperson to finance to service. We met the owner, Jerry, and he was great too. Our staff loves the Crosstreks so much, we now have about 20 on the road, all purchased through this dealership. Now that we are having them serviced, that experience is good as well....and their new facilities are beautiful. We will be back. Highly recommend.

These guys have been amazing! Bought the car online and over the phone in about an hour. THEN, they delivered the car from Chico to Modesto, clean and with a full tank of gas, the very next day free of charge. I've been trying to buy a car since mine was totaled on Christmas Eve '21, and have delt with, I can't remember how many dealerships. These guys stand head and shoulders above them all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t take your car here for repair if you don’t want to wait a whole year for it. I took my vehicle here because it didn’t start and it’s been a year now and still don’t have it with me. They told me it was going to be ready this week and I called to set up a time to go pick up and guess what ? Not ready yet. Plus one of the managers (don’t remember his name) called me with a really bad attitude asking to make a partial payment saying the car had been at the dealer for 9 months as if it was my fault and when I call to know any info about my car they don’t answer. Really regret taking my car here save your time and go somewhere else. EDIT: after a picked up my car I noticed all windows where down and sunroof was opened and they wouldn’t close so I talked to them before I left and they said it got to the dealer like that stating that the man who towed it opened them which is not true because I went with him to make sure everything was good and I even have pictures where it shows all windows were closed. They said that they had pictures of when it got there and when I asked to see them they said they didn’t have any. Really worst dealership ever. They just want your money and don’t care to return the car in the worst condition ever.

The Service Manager Danny Magana walked me through the process, listened to my concerns and kept me informed on when my truck would be ready to go. My problem was in the service department. First- I was told my repair bill for my 2019 GMC AT4 would be $2200 and I sent my wife in to pay and pick up my truck but when she got home the bill was $2700. I called and spoke to Kimo my service advisor and was told he forgot to include the diagnostic charge and would see what he can do and get back to me. The truck was in for it's annual service plus it had front and back brake noises, service E brake and ABS lights, signs of a low battery, odd shifting and exhaust noise at start up. They fixed the back brakes and replaced the battery and changed all the fluids but no mention of the other issues and the front brakes are still clicking loudly any time i touch the brake pedal. The service manager finally called me back and told me he would investigate my claims and get back to me about a credit to the bill and about why the front brakes weren't addressed and its now been a week with no call.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual. During the sale of Courtesy Motors , he made multiple misrepresentations, failed to uphold his contractual commitments, and repeatedly avoided maintaining compliance with the rental agreement.

DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS HERE!!! I had to get a new key for my car a bmw 328 i. They had told me it would come pre-programmed and it would work without any issues so i bought the key. The key didn’t work, i called the dealership and they told me to open the key to see if it had batteries. I tried to open it, it wouldn’t open. I had gone back down to the dealership and they had said my key was defected and was trying to blame it on me for attempting to open the key. I had told them one of their employees told me to open it and they said there is no proof of that even though the employee who had told me to open it admitted to it. They said i would need to order another key so i did. Same issue it didn’t work so i brought it back down and they said there’s nothing they can do that it is Bmws problem and to go to a locksmith so i brought my car to a locksmith and they said that the keys that had been ordered aren’t even meant for my car and they had ordered the wrong key for me twice.

I have a GMC truck and a BMW X5. I have been going to this dealer for several years and overall had a great experience with their service department. Danny in GM is very knowledgable and Casey & Nicole have always been on point with keeping me on track with my BMW. Pricing has been on track with other places but with the peace of mind that the repairs are being done right. I recommend this place to anyone. They are doing something right to have staff that are so professional.

⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP We had been searching for a very specific model/year of car to fit our family and flat tow behind our RV. Pajouh Automotive happened to have one, and we worked with their sales rep, Adrin. Since we were purchasing from out of state, we had to rely on the online listing, additional photos sent by Adrin, and—most importantly—his word on the car’s condition. That was our mistake, because what we received was nothing close to what was represented. 1. Cosmetic damage hidden – When asked specifically if there were any issues, Adrin assured us there weren’t. Yet when the car arrived, all four rims had significant peeling (a known TSB on this model), and the driver’s door panel had major sun damage with the clear coat peeling off. Both would require full replacement to fix. None of this was disclosed. 2. Missing parts – The passenger door is literally missing a cover plate, leaving exposed screws. Again, never mentioned. 3. Not detailed as promised – Adrin claimed the vehicle would be fully detailed before shipping. Instead, it arrived filthy: garbage in the back, sticky residue on the dash, dust under the seats. Absolutely no sign of professional detailing. 4. Zero communication after the sale – We’ve repeatedly tried contacting Adrin regarding the title and the condition issues, but he has completely ignored us. When I finally called the dealership directly, the sales manager’s response was laughable: “I understand your frustration, I’ll have Adrin reach out.” It’s been two days and, unsurprisingly, still nothing. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and impossible to work with once they have your money. Their communication evaporates the moment the deal closes, and management is useless in resolving customer concerns. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Pajouh Automotive Services in Chico is the perfect example of why people dread used car dealerships.

I can’t say enough great things about Steve in the Collision Center. After my Cadillac Escalade was involved in an accident, he truly went above and beyond to take care of everything from start to finish. Steve was incredibly informative throughout the entire process. He kept me in the loop every step of the way, was always responsive when I had questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and smooth. He didn’t just handle the repairs — he made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect. When I got my Escalade back, it was in impeccable condition. You would never know it had been in an accident. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding!!! What really set Steve apart was that he even helped me sort out issues with the other party’s insurance company and spoke on my behalf to make sure everything was handled properly. That level of care and advocacy is rare, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Steve! I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism, dedication, and genuine care. I will absolutely be back if I ever need collision work again, and I’ll be spreading the word to friends and family about the exceptional service I received.
