I have had to bring my truck to Boradori's more than I care to admit with a multitude of issues, and every time I have brought the truck in they have always taken great care of the truck and me. It was really hard to find a shop to trust with repairs, that would take the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing, and that would go the extra mile to check not only the current issues but make sure everything else was in working order. A couple shops I had been to in Chico before them were very dismissive of me despite having some knowledge of engines and the computer systems, but Jared was not. He has the same business model as my dad who owned an Auto Repair Shop in the Bay Area for 25 years and I could not be more appreciative. On this last visit, they made sure I could get to and from work that was out of county and it made life a lot less stressful. These past two years have been so busy and hectic for me, and having them to trust with repairs that I did not have time to research and do was amazing. I plan to use them for all future needs. There is no other shop I trust more with my cars. I've been burned before but Boradari always takes incredible caution and care with my vehicles. Sal has helped us out multiple times now. He kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about cars. I can trust that I'm getting accurate and honest information in addition to quality repair work. I love this auto shop! They are not pushy and do not try to influence you into doing more work than needs to be done. They are transparent about what issues they observe and take pictures for further explanation. Pricing is fair to industry standards. These images were taken prior to any work done to explain the problems we were having with our van.

Boradori Automotive did an incredible job of fitting our vehicle into an extremely tight schedule, determine the problem and repairing vehicle under less than favorable conditions. Really like to thank Joe and Casey for making it happen, and getting our vehicle back on the road to Fairbanks, AK. Where it is at the time of this review, and where it will be for at least the next three years. From the Friday we picked up the vehicle we drove 2,809 miles over the following five (5) days to Fairbanks from Chico. To all of Boradori. Many thanks!

I was recommended to come here by a friend of mine and, after this experience, i can say i will never go anywhere else. I'm not even sure where to start on this review. How about this: 1. Customer service - There is not a place i could name that has ever been better then them. Corey was absolutely amazing during the time my vehicle was there. Everything from the day that I got there to the day We picked my vehicle up, he was all over giving updates and sending pictures of the truck and just overall 100% transparent in all aspects of the work. 2. Pricing (everyone wants to know about this) - Typically, we took our truck to Dodge. The pricing here was way less then he dealership and more within our budgets. I was definitely impressed with what we paid in comparison to what we are used to paying. 3. Quality of service - I think this falls in line with Customer service above and how their tech was. I would give their person an A+ in their knowledge on the issues and the fact that everything went back together and it works great lol. Overall, i would highly recommend them for you to take you vehicle to regardless of what you did in the past or what the issue is. They put in the time and effort to make 100% sure you are satisfied with your visit. Once you go here, you will want to come back IF there is ever another issue.

I didn’t need anything major done, just a headlight bulb replaced. Another shop told me it was going to be a big project but Joe at Boradori found an access panel and replaced it free of charge. Him and Steve had excellent customer service and I will be returning for future car needs.

I’ve been a customer of Boradori Automotive for years, and they have always been honest, professional, and reliable. The team is incredibly kind and accommodating, and on my last visit they even replaced my headlight for free. It’s rare to find a shop that not only does excellent work but also truly cares about their customers. The owner sits there and stares at you. I had them do fuel pump fuel filter battery serpentine belt. When I left I noticed they did an oil change and charged me for it and didn't even ask me if I wanted to oil changed. They charge 3.5% for using a credit card. People need to know they pay monthly for that service they don't get charged every time they do credit. Tre was very nice but I think the owner needs to move his desk away from the window makes you feel uncomfortable.

Had to bring the Van, back 4 times still didn't get fixed.Came back worse than what I brought it in.Not happy will not do business there again.Charged me two hundred dollars , and then wanted another two hundred to three dollars To Re- diagnosis it again for the same issue. Fool me once shame on you.Fool me twice shame on me. Obviously sent the van out with rechecking with the issues where.

I had an appointment at 10:00 AM for a smog check. When I arrived, I noticed they sold windshield wipers and asked if they could swap mine out as well. Simple enough or so I thought. After an hour, I asked for a time update and was told “just a couple of minutes.” Those “couple of minutes” turned into another 20+ minutes before they finally came out to get the wipers for my car. After that, it took another 25 minutes for my car to actually be ready. In total, it took 1 hour and 45 minutes for a smog check and windshield wiper replacement, which is completely unreasonable especially when I had an appointment. I overheard staff mention they had a meeting at 11. I understand businesses have meetings, but I had a scheduled appointment at 10. If that was going to delay service this badly, I should’ve been told upfront. Communication was poor the entire time, and no one was honest about how long it would actually take. A smog check and wipers should not take nearly two hours. Very frustrating experience. I won’t be coming back.

Upon pickup, the service advisor [Stout] ended all possibility for repeat business. He pushed repairs I had done. Telling me, "its not in the Carfax" so I must [conviently] need a timing belt service ($1400), fuel filter, & transmission service ($330+). I stated I had the services completed and in Carfax (I checked - they're there). He ignored that pushing the repairs twice more, doubling-down as a swiped my card. He simultaneously managed to be rude to 2 older women waiting to pick up vehicles. One quipped, "If I'm able to get out of here for under a $1000 each time, its a miracle". That was it for me. Rude. Not listening. Up-selling. Save your time and money. Edit: Response to comment - Thank you for the quick response. I never stated the vehicle service wasn't fine. I don't have issue with the quality of work, if you feel better hearing, that was 5/5. My only issue is with the customer service. I stand by my original comments

I’ve been taking my 2008 Toyota Prius to Boradori Automotive for just over two years now, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service. Recently, I’ve worked mostly with Steve, who’s been incredibly helpful and professional, but honestly, every service rep I’ve met there has been friendly and easy to work with. Their mechanic Scott really knows his way around a Prius — he’s done great work on my hybrid battery, inverter water pump, and general maintenance over time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines technical skill with genuine customer care, and Boradori does both. If you own a Toyota (especially a Prius), I highly recommend them. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll continue taking my car there for all maintenance and repair needs.

Went to Boradori for the first time for a 100K service and was extremely impressed with their professionalism, communication, fair pricing and service. Their online booking, report & estimate system is fantastic making everything transparent and easy to review and approve. Jesse was incredibly helpful, friendly and thorough. They even cleaned my floor mats which was a wonderful surprise! Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely become regular customers. Thank you!
