I suppose they're affordable when they actually stick to the estimates they give you. I was given an estimate for work in person and over the phone, and when I came in the day after the phone estimate suddenly it was $60 more than they had said. Same problem, same work, just a different price. It was speedy service when they did my tuneup, but they have a serious problem if they're telling people different prices for the same work and acting like it's your fault for "mishearing" what they were saying in the first place.
