The service was very good . Fastest I've ever had a tire put on a rim. A limited selection of tires for me to choose from in the small size I was looking for but I'm thankful they had the one in stock I needed. It's not the fault of the store, it was not a commonly used tire anymore. I wouldn't expect anybody to talk more than a couple of them anyway.

Got a great deal on my tires they have a great warranty and tons to choose from they even do financing. They were able to help me out right away and they did a great job. They even do a free tire rotation when you get tires from them. 100% satisfied I highly recommend going to these guys for tires. They also have a great selection of rims of all sizes I will continue to use them for all my tire needs in the future.

best place in town to get tires or rims! and excellent customer service!! went in at 4:30 to see about financing, 10 mins later i was approved! told him i could come back since they were close to closing, he said no problem lets get you hooked up now! drove off a happy dude, even got a compliment on how good my rims and tires looked ten mins later!!! UTW has one of the best service shops in chico. I went for a routine battery and alternator replacement and everything went perfect but when I tried to start the car next day it wouldnt start. UTW sent one of their mechanic to my house to swamp the Starter but found that there was a security feature on the truck. The mechanic who helped was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how the security system worked on the truck and even replaced the starter in a short amount of time. Thank You UTW....I will be back and definitely recommend this to my fellow chico drivers

The customer service was superb beyond any customer service I have experienced. The best part was all I stopped in there for was a tire air pressure check and the customer service was just unbelievable. He went around every tire told me what the tire pressure was put the air in and previously before going to him big o tires wouldn’t actually check my air. He asked me if my light was on. I am so glad I left big o tires to come to United tires and wheels. I recommend anyone to go there because the customer service is just amazing and you are able to speak to somebody and they help you.

I well keep calling you guys intill you guys pay what you guys damage these people well not take responsibility for there action on not reinstalling and putting back my front 2 shocks and damage my front axles and brake line because they didn’t put the breack line back to were it was and it damage my front 2 axles and breack line I could of died if I didn’t get an inspection on my car and I was told it was there fault I got proof you guys either call me back or you well hear from my lawyer and pay back the 1,600 that cost me to fix your guys mistake
