When something went wrong during the post oil change test due to a manufacturer fault, they took time to explain what happened, why, all while redoing the whole thing for no additional charge. I drove away confident that my car was in great shape and well taken care of during the visit.

Quick, efficient & courteous service. I wasn’t pressured by annoying up sale techniques to buy an item or service I neither wanted or needed. I’m not a new customer but I am to this location. I’ll be back again for my next oil change and I may just ask about some of those other services.

I went to ask what the price was? I was told pull into the bay and I'll run your plate and get you a price. I got my quote and I asked if they compete pricing? I had a coupon for Jiffy Lube 7$ off. They said they would honor it and instead gave me almost 14$ off the 133$ bill. I gave them a 10$ tip. Good guys 😁

My girlfriend and I have both gone to this location a few times. This time in particular we rolled in an hour before they closed to get my girls oil done before she left town. Dakota and a younger looking girl whose name I didn’t get helped us out. They were so awesome and friendly to us we even went back home to grab my truck. We tried tipping with no charge unfortunately it wouldn’t let us:( figured I’d give these two employees credit for their awesome work. Highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly, communicated every step in the process, gave options where possible. Unfortunately, since my car sat for almost a year, a few 8-legged friends moved in. When the technician tried to install a clean air filter, one of those friends decided to come out and say hi. The meet and greet didn’t go well. While the technician entertained me by jumping around, swatting his body, and shaking out his jacket, another technician stepped in and squashed the little guy. Things got back on track and my car was good to go. Thank you for excellent service, a good laugh, and all at a reasonable price!

Brittaney literally made my day today. I was in A car accident a couple months ago and it’s been a lot getting everything taken care of (though I’m grateful to be alive and well). Coming in and getting not only the warm welcome, but excellent service was such an absolute pleasure. Brittaney was sweet and relatable after having her own car accident around the same time. They worked around all the damage from the car when they could have turned me away. They were great at explaining everything to someone who knows nothing about cars, and they were all laughing playing around with each other and just clearly being their best selves on the job. Won’t go anywhere else for my oil changes. Thank you Brittaney and team!! No job is too small- it’s HOW you do ANYTHING that matters. 💜

I needed an oil change and had used Oil Changers in San Diego before, so I decided to try this location as I just moved to Chico. Luke and Leo were courteous, professional, and very efficient. Only one bay was open today, so there was a bit of a wait with three cars before me-- not a problem since I had no appointments requiring me to hurry up and get moving. Right before my turn, the technician Brittany opened up the second bay. Once over the pit, service was quick efficient, and friendly. Great place for an oil change!

Not only did she take the time to advise me about it, she cleaned away nuts and other foods the critter had scattered around under the hood. I left feeling confident in my vehicle. Great customer service. The staff is always extremely professional and while they do upsell maintenance services, it’s generally things you do actually need or are beneficial. It’s convenient to get those extra maintenance items domes quickly with no extra stops. My experiences have also always been quick and easy, so if you don’t have a ton of time this is a great pick for an oil change.
