Not good. They told me my car only needed an oil change. Lots of things were wrong. Thank God I had purchased the extended warranty when I purchased the car. It has been in the dealership for almost 4 months. They are still waiting on one part. I am driving a loaner at no charge to me

Do not go here if u have a BMW. There diagnostic is horrible! Go to fields Motorsport right down the street. Great guy fair prices. C&M got me for an alternator I didn’t need. Had the same problem a day after getting car back. They gave me back $80 for wrong diagnostic but I’m still $800 in the hole. Will never go back there again ✌🏾.

C&M was awesome! I brought in my very loud Chevy equinox (it had a cracked exhaust manifold). They diagnosed the issue literally within about 5 minutes of my being there and started working on it immediately. They told me right off the bat how much it would cost and when I had questions about why it cost as much as it did, they were very kind, clear and honest about the price breakdown. They also told me it would be done by a certain time the following day and they were so efficient and punctual! It’s hard to find an honest mechanic these days at least as a woman in my twenties and I appreciated their transparency and their grace when presented with questions. And to top it all off, they sent a sweet thank you card in the mail! If you’re looking for efficient and honest business, this is the place. Thank you C&M staff!

I knew from experience that this was a great spot for oil changes but hadn't done so much outside of that until recently. I was dealing with serious issues from my car since October. We finally made the switch away from the dealership with my car problems after they repeatedly failed to fix or even diagnose the issues. One visit to C&M and the electrical system is resolved just in time for my teens' upcoming driving test. Communication is great and the decor inside is so fun. Staff is friendly and ensure you understand what they performed or recommended. C&M will now be our go to for our vehicles. Make the break from disengaged dealerships. They are very honest and do thorough tests. They also got me in on a whim and took a look at my car quickly. I spoke to Courtney and she is very friendly. I came in saying I thought I had a gas leak and they ran all the tests I wanted them to without me asking. A smoke test, pressure test, and a vapor sensor. It all came back negative for leaks. They could have ran me to ground with lies but they didn't!! I feel very pleased in their honesty, friendliness, and thoroughness. I would definitely recommend going to them!

Car overheated and shut off while driving to work, had it towed to C&M and they took it in. The next day I get a call saying it's "fixed" and ready to pickup. I go in, pay $800 and change to for the replacement radiator. I go outside AND THE CAR WONT START. Eventually a tech comes out, gets it started, and tells me I better hurry because it won't last long. Head gasket is blown... I had a coworker drive me the shop and drop me off. I had to call him to turn around and come get me again.... I'm sorry, but calling and saying it's "fixed and ready to pick up" and making sure I pay before finding out it's not fixed is not a way to run a business. I ended up having to sell to pick n pull and have them pick it up at the shop for less than half I paid to "fix" it. I've spent thousands at C&M over the years keeping up on my family vehicles, but this whole situation left me pretty jaded. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they have done good work in the past.

Would definitely recommend this shop! Great service, very clean and inviting waiting area, and quick turnound on work. We needed the motor on a sliding door replaced and c&m auto did a great job! We had the issue diagnosed at a different shop but didn't like their price, when I called c&m for a quote they quoted a significantly less amount and ordered the part to arrive within a couple days! They were quick and efficient. The next day there was an issue with the door shutting, we assumed it was from the fix but turns out my kid broke a toy in the tract 🤦♀️they got us in quickly and charged only a small fee to fix that for us, they were very kind and professional with everything.
