To the owner hold a customer service class and change your policies have your people learn how to call customers back. I had to call there 15 times in a week and a half to finally get told you can do nothing for me . Policy change start billing cores or telling the customers when ordering that you need to send the core back instead of us having to read your fine print seems like alot of bad reviews because of that then I asked if I could pay to get defective unit rebuilt while its there and you say its digital we cant rebuild it then why do you need the core back? we are a big company and I will be spreading the news to not use your services ohh and all of this is true since you like to say its untrue all the time , and your response says nothing about how you can provide better customer service instead of dodging your complaints or the fact about the defect you had there to rebuild

This Review is to be read and learned from my experience, with this people. I purchased a unit, when it was installed by a certified auto shop it fried my ignition module, I had to fight with them to send another one. After 2 weeks they finally sent another unit (convenient 14 days after warranty ). That unit was also defective!! They charged me a core charge after I sent it to them and I have UPS proof that that they received it. They are willing to work with you. I've researched BBC and Florida ag. Dept. All kinds of issues with customers. Hope u get my core charge back.

This company wasted no time taking over $900 from us for a item. It wasn’t the right one we returned it before the 14 day period. In that time frame they will refund you. We have not gotten our refund from them and we keep getting the run around about 20 days it’s been over that long.!!!!! And they charge 25% to restock the item. So we don’t get our full refund back. I do not recommend this company at all!!!!

Ordered a FICM in October of 2023. They took my money and sent me one which was broke. Sent it back and after several months I've yet to receive another one and now they won't answer the phones or refund me my money. It's been 4 months and nothing. Louis the owner won't answer or return texts and the book keeper won't even respond back to my emails regarding a refund...DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Received a faulty PCM, vehicle had more issues with the PCM from this place. Charged me 40.00 more than I was quoted. Trying to reach Lisa in customer service is practically impossible and she doesn't return messages. Wouldn't use them again if you paid me. Teriible communication, terrible product received. They don't even deserve the one star honestly.

BEAWARE!!!!!!!! SCAMERS !! we returned a defective parts and still agree to a 25% restocking fee. It's been 3 months since we retuned the part and we still haven't received our money back. please do not buy from this company. save your self a headache.

Not to happy so far, new ecm is not working properly, not charging batteries, of course it did this a day after I sent my core back(that worked but had a few issues but truck still ran fine). Now they want me to send them the faulty unit before they replace it. Do they not understand this is my work truck and can afford to be down for the time it takes to ship back from northern Alberta and then wait for a replacement. Also have not got a refund on my core yet but I will give them a little more time incase it was a shipping problem along the way......we will see

Auto Module Source (formerly Neat Auto Computers on ebay) could not repair my ECU and pretended for months their Ebay account was "hacked" so they couldn't refund me. I am still owed $100 ONE YEAR LATER

Stay away from this place! I paid for there repair service on Ebay. I sent in my old computer from my 02 Dodge cummins and they called me telling me it was unrepairable. They offered me one of there computers. I paid almost $900.00 for it. Once I received it I installed it. My truck would hardly run all of my gauges were bouncing back and forth plus I had over 12 codes all dealing with the Ecm. So I sent it back they wouldn't respond to my emails so I called and talked to a Lisa. She cut me off on the phone when I told here what was going on and she told me they were sending another computer out. Once I received this one I hooked it up and absolutely nothing this time. The truck just cranks. After doing diagnostics and contacting A local Dodge dealership to run the codes. The second Ecm doesn't even have a program on it. So now I'm out almost $900.00 and I have a truck that's dead in the water. When Barbara called me regarding the negative feedback I left on Ebay she told me they were supposed to ask me if i wanted my old computer back since it was unrepairable. She told me they just throw them away. This place is an absolute scam!!

We ordered computers exclusively from them for years and then we got a few bad ones. On one particular vehicle we received two bad ones in a row. When I followed up on the warranty request they acted like we didn't have a request. When they found the request they asked why I had not sent the bad computer back. After providing the USPS tracking number we were told they would send us another computer. 15 minutes later they called and said we had not returned the original computer core so there was no warranty. However, we did return that core as they had already sent us one replacement for the same vehicle. We have found a better company with better pricing through Flagship One online.

People are an absolute scam I sent them my ecm paid them and they then sent me it back and said they can't get one to clone mine. I was supposed to get my money back that I have still have not seen and I get nothing but a run around and no answer for where it is. Never deal with this place. And Lisa has a bad attitude and extremely poor customer service skills to say the least. Update as of 5/22/2024 I stlii have not received my money back they absolutely stole my money from me $495 to be exact I don't understand how this place is still in business. No one should ever do any business with this company they are criminals 100%.

This company are crooks. We ordered a part from them in December. We ended up not needing the part and got is shipped back to them promptly. The part was an ECM and cost us 1,400.00. We understood from the beginning that if we returned it we would be charged a 25% restocking fee (that is fair). I have called at least 20 times and have been courteous and have got the run around. We have not been refunded the 1,000.00. I don't expect to see it at this point and have seen all the other reviewers that have said the same thing. lessen learned to read the reviews on a company before ordering. Shame on them for being crooks. Do not order from them they are not honest.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PEOPLE I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH!!!!. Do not buy one thing from them don't send them your parts they will send you back yours not fixed even though I paid $895 to get mine repaired and then when they said they tired 3 times to repair mine only to send me a rebuilt one that does not work 3 times. they still have my part (ECM) and now will not return my phones calls or hang up on me when I do call. Don't leave Lisa a message she will not call you back after leaving 3 messages. Victor is a joke and so is Richard in sales they both hang up and text saying it's out of their hands now. Will have owner call do you think the owner is calling heck NOOOOO!! He got his money and they have my part. How do you guys literally sleep at night knowing you are doing this to innocent people.

Don't buy anything from these crooks. They literally told me they had Zero PCMs in stock and are "getting them in" per Lisa. But they charged my credit card for $750. But after a dozen phone calls and emails miraculously one showed up and my truck didn't even want to start. Thanks but no thanks. I made a claim with my credit card and gave them the benefit of the doubt. No response to the CC company so my credit card company Denied them the payment. My opinion is Don't Do it!

Today I took my 2001 dodge ram 1500 reg. cab long bed 3.9L engine ECU/PCM auto computer Barbara who received me was very professional. She explained the process and took my information. Later Barbara called to let me know my computer was ready. She called a second time to express of no issues. I considered that to be some thing very nice on her part. Paid and left back to Miami to do my installation including installation of the battery. My truck started on the first attempt ✔️😃 Thanks Louis for being 💯👍. René

NEVER will do business here again I sent a 2004 dodge ram 3500 5.9 dsl ECM to get rebuilt which was two months ago I still havent heard anything back and everytime I call the company the owner Luis gives me a different excuss everytime so at this point I think this guy sold my computer or lost it.🤦♂️

CROOKS! Paid $299.00 for a repair, and they never even opened it up, just slapped a sticker on it. The original dust and grease is still in all of the torx heads. I've called several times and customer service hangs up on you and/or transfers to another line to leave a message. They don't call back.

I just read the many reviews about how despicable this company is. I had the very same experience as most of these people. My husband and I are in Texas otherwise I would have loved to look each of them in the eyes as they tied their lies. In 2022 we got ripped off for over $1,500. Same story as many, the ECM, PCM wasn't flashed and wouldn't work on our Dodge Ram, they had the core. We returned the parts never got refund. They ended up with our parts, the new parts and the money for new parts. We ended up with nothing but so much stress I had a stroke. Day after day we'd call. Lisa is rude. We were hung up once we give our name. The worst part is at that time my father in law died. My husband had been working on this Dodge with him and a local mechanic. This truck was very special to my hisband and he inherited it. It was just an awful experience and broke my heart to see my husband get screwed by these arrogant people all while grieving the loss of his father. We reported to the BBB since their website says they are A + accredited, they lied to the BBB as well. Their advertisement is untruthful, as they had a D rating with the BBB at the time we reported. We notified the Attorney General and The Federal Trade Commission. We never have been able to recover our losses and haven't been able to afford again to buy the parts. Shame on these people, they have no apologies, no remorse, no conscience, it seems.

Our shop sent a vehicle computer to them to repair which took almost 2 months to get back. $320 + shipping both ways. It still didn't work. Once we finally got in touch with them, they said to send it back again. We sent it again last month and now they won't answer the phone at all from any number we use. We're out the money and our customer is out the time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! We used them for years but the ownership must have changed. I ordered a computer November 2024 and still have not received a refund or a functioning computer. They told me the person who handled my original order no longer works there and then told me that the owners daughter who handled returns also no longer works there. They now hang up when I call and tell them who I am or ask to speak to someone about a refund. This place has become a complete scam and I hope someone starts a lawsuit. They need to be held accountable.
