Thank you Toyota AutoNation Weston for the wonderful experience. My paint was pealing on my 2016 Toyota Rav 4 , Hipolito was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He assisted me by taking care of all the paint warranty paperwork and scheduling my appointment for the new paint with the body shop. The entire process was very straightforward and took less than 10 minutes to fill out all the paperwork and do a car inspection and document all the paint issues. The day of my paint appointment, Hipolito had a package ready for me pick up at the Weston office and drop it off with my vehicle at the AutoNation body shop in Pembroke Pines. He told me who I need to see there. At the body shop location I just dropped off my car and package and they set me up with a complimentary rental car for the 10 day duration my car was getting painted. I couldn’t have asked for an easier process. Everything went very smooth from start to finish. And the best part is that my car has a beautiful factory quality new paint . It looks like a brand new car ! Extremely happy and satisfied with the quality of work they did on my paint and excellent customer service.

I just recently purchased a CPO vehicle from this dealership. I dealt with Ricardo as my sales rep. I had one of the best if not the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I do my extensive research and ask a lot of questions while buying a car. Ricardo was the most patient and soft spoken person to deal with. He answered every question I asked (multiple times) and never got annoyed by it. He kept me updated through the whole process since I never met anyone from the dealership due to me living in NY. The whole deal was done over the phone or Internet. He handled everything and also got me the best price I could have found anywhere (trust me I checked). They got the car delivered to me in NY, although the transport company destroyed one on my key fob but Ricardo helped me get a new key and got me reimbursed for it through the transport company (this was after the deal was done and over with) he went out of his way to make everything right. I am very pleased with the way this dealership handles business. Thank you Even the finance person I dealt with was very nice and helpful.

I received truly first‑class service today at Toyota AutoNation Weston in Davie, FL. I noticed a flaw in the window‑tint coating on my new Toyota Camry (purchased elsewhere). The two Toyota AutoNation dealers worked together to address my concern. Hector, the head of the service department, promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. The entire process of buying a car at AutoNation Toyota Weston was great. Everyone involved in the purchase of our vehicle was amazing and very helpful. Thank you! 2/11/26: Since the purchase of our vehicle, 2025 EXL RAV4, we have had to bring it into the service department more than four times for a persistent vibration that occurs whenever the vehicle is driven on the expressway at speeds above 70 mph. The vibration is clearly felt through the seats, floor, and gas pedal, something you absolutely would not expect from a brand-new vehicle. To their credit, the service department performed multiple diagnostic steps including tire rotation, road-force balancing, and suspension checks. A Toyota field technician evaluated the vehicle and determined that the vibration was “normal,” although one tire was identified as defective and replaced. Unfortunately, even after replacing the tire, the vibration continues. What is most disappointing is that Toyota headquarters ultimately declined to investigate the matter further and deemed the vibration normal on their AWD vehicles. Being told that this level of vibration is acceptable in a brand-new vehicle felt like a huge slap in the face. A reputable brand should stand behind the quality and ride experience of a new car. Although I am extremely frustrated with the outcome from Toyota corporate and the field tech’s conclusion, I do want to recognize the Service Manager, Daniel W. He has been professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout this entire process. He has made every effort within his authority to address my concerns, and his level of customer service truly deserves five stars. My dissatisfaction lies with the unresolved issue and Toyota’s final position, not with Daniel’s commitment or professionalism.

I live 40 minutes away. I bought my last Toyota 20 minutes closer but Weston was only place with car i wanted. So first service i brought there even though I didnt have to. Arrived at 7:45a for 8a appt. At 8 I got to front of line. By 8:25 i was walking to breakfast...a 12 min walk. At 9:05 i got text car was ready. Hadn't finished breakfast. Old place would have taken 2 hours to finish on a good day. Seems driving am extra 40 min (total) saved me time. Did I mention the wonderful service as well including a texted report of my service inspection and video of each checking my car!
