Avoid this location. I waited over 4 hours for one tire because they didn't bother to tell me the tire wasn't in stock and had to be delivered. To make matters worse, when I asked for an update, the staff was incredibly rude and laughed about the situation. Extremely unprofessional service and zero communication. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Painless Oil Change from start to finish! Made my appointment online the day before, was out in less than an hour and a half. Was able to use my hotspot and work in the lobby while waiting. Andre handles the lobby and front desk like a pro. I had a 10 AM appointment at Tire Plus for a simple tire install, and I still ended up waiting over 3 hours before my car was even finished. Having an appointment should mean something, but it felt like walk-ins were being taken ahead of me. I do want to mention that the woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but the wait time was absolutely miserable. There’s really no reason someone with a scheduled appointment should have to sit for that long. Very disappointing experience, and definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

I was having a lot of trouble with other Tires Plus in Pembroke Pines they couldn't balance and align correctly after buying a full set of tires including balance alignment several times between the 900 days period and always waa having trouble. I use to go to Weston site before and went back and was treated as it should be and feel the service aster driving a whole complete difference experience that it was as it should, very professional and courteous personnel, thank very much
