Incorrect Engine Oil Used on My 2017 Ford Focus I brought my 2017 Ford Focus to AutoNation Toyota Weston for an oil change, and I was very disappointed to discover that the wrong oil was used. My vehicle requires 5W‑20 full synthetic, as specified by Ford. Instead, the service department used 0W‑8, an oil used in newer Toyota engines and completely incompatible with my Ford Focus. What makes this even more concerning is that the last two services at this same location were done correctly using 5W‑20. There was no reason to change the oil type, and no one informed me of any deviation from the manufacturer specification. I returned to the dealership the next business day to express my concern, and I was told that “it was fine” to use that oil. Because of this incorrect information, I had to redo the oil change elsewhere to ensure my engine was properly protected. I hope management reviews this issue with the service team so other customers don’t experience the same mistake. Accuracy in oil specifications is essential, and customers should be able to rely on a dealership for something as fundamental as using the correct oil.

Paula was my service advisor, and she was courteous and very professional. I went for a regular maintenance oil change and she noticed uneven wear on the front tires and suggested an aligment to avoid replacing them earlier than needed. The job was performed very quickly and the wait was around an hour.

I was quoted $3,000 down and $750 a month for a Toyota Camry. Let that sink in. A Camry. Not a luxury vehicle. Not a performance car. A regular, everyday Toyota that people buy because it’s supposed to be practical and affordable. That’s the quote I was given, and no, it wasn’t a joke. Its offensive. If you enjoy having your time wasted and your intelligence insulted, this is the place for you. Otherwise dont waste your time at this dealership

I’m a hybrid person and I love my 2025 Prius! It’s practical and with the 2025, it was redesigned. Gas mileage tops 57 with every drive I take. With its super stylish looks it turns heads. I stand at 6 feet 2 inches and it is a bit of a squeeze upon entering, however once behind the wheel things change dramatically, with lots of space and legroom. Rear visibility is a challenge so I depend highly upon the rear view camera. The sloping roofline definitely cuts down on the view out the back window. Even with these small drawbacks I’m still very happy with this vehicle. If you still think the Prius is your father’s car, think again. With its redesigned characteristics and safety features you will come to love this vehicle. I’m so happy I chose this car and so will you.

My 2010 Prius needed a new battery and some various electronic doohickeys. Al explained the problem to me and easily understandable English without too much mechanical gobbledygook. In addition he said the mechanics suggested a very expensive repair, but he explained to me that it wasn't really necessary, saving me a boatload of cash. Repairs were completed in one day and I was back on the road. Good job.

Repairs are more expensive than they should be. They should be more transparent with their pricing -- posting all services and prices on their website so you can comparison should would be a good start. Also for basic services like filter and wiper replacements since they have a direct connection with Toyota and can get parts directly from the factory, the prices should be LESS, not more the from auto parts stores and from other shops. However when you have to get your car towed in because it is dead you don't have much of a choice other than paying their fees. I would encourage them to look at what they are doing and make changes to better serve their customers and do a better job making Toyota look good.

I have purchased a BMW from this location 3 years ago. Ali Reza is the finance guy convinced me to buy protection plans that he supports. I did. Now, I have an issue with the protection company which is VERITAS GLOBAL, and I go to him, asked for help, he told me that his supervisor will call them and he will let me know. It’s been 3 days. He is not returning my calls. They not doing anything about the protection plan that they tried to sell. DO NOT PURCHASE VERITAS GLOBAL PROTECTION PLAN. They will fail you for no reason. These people only pretend like they care you. How hard it can be to help your client? Right??? But these people has no manners. No respect or anything else about it. Again, DON’T PURCHASE VERITAS GLOBAL PLAN. Ali Reza is the failure. They not standing what they sell for. They not standing what they defend for. Totally failed. DONT BUY ANY CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. He could have return my calls and told me that he can’t help or something. But he never called back. He said he will. DON’T BUY VERITAS GLOBAL PROTECTION. DON’T BUY ANY CAR FROM THESE LOCATION.

Terrible experience at the Weston Toyota dealership. My backup camera was defective, took 2 appointments to get issue addressed. Car was covered under warranty but dealership made me pay for labor cost to have broken camera replaced - ridiculous!

I have bought a total of four vehicles from this location in the last fifteen years. I can say that, hands down, this is the best place to buy a used vehicle. Used vehicles are priced correctly and they do work with you and your price point. I just bought a used Chevy pickup and I had some issues after purchase but the Sales Director Savvas Georgallas, was very helpful in assisting me and making things correct. He went above and beyond to address my warranty concerns. If you are in the market for a used vehicle or new Toyota, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you did not shop here. They have the most robust warranty service on there used vehicles better than their competitors. The staff is courteous, sales person Julian was awesome in finding me the right vehicle. This will always be my used car dealership.
